We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. It had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The house is clean and the host was very responsive whenever we contacted her. Would recommend, especially if you are attending an event at the Wequassett resort. The house is conveniently close to the resort.

We loved staying at this property. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. It was a lovely space to be in. We enjoyed eating on the porch and listening to the rain and the birds. The beds were comfortable and there was the right balance of shared and personal space for each of us. It was a great location - peaceful and quiet with easy access to local activities/attractions. We hope to return next year!

The house was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with all we needed to cook simple meals. The neighborhood was conveniently located to all we like to do on the Cape. Lovely family home

We found this property to be pretty central to all Cape activities and it was perfect for our family of 5. Linens were a definite plus! Overall we loved our stay and would 100% stay in this home again.

Great place to stay

The house worked out great for us as we were in town for some striper fishing. The location was very convenient being just a bit off the highway. Grocery store was also only a few minutes away. The outdoor grill was very convenient as well. The inside of the house was clean and provided enough sleeping space for 5 men. If back in the area again, I would stay here.

Melissa thought of everything! The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, oils and spices. The beds were very comfortable. Freshly washed linens from the linen service were waiting when we checked in. It was very easy to pack them up and leave them for the service on checkout. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood where a large supermarket was a 5 minute drive away. It was as bright, extremely clean, comfortable and well furnished. The internet was fast and easy to connect to.There is a deck with a great grill. And our favorite spot was a screened in porch just off the kitchen. We sat out there every day and had coffee and breakfast. There is a dishwasher and foof size, clean refrigerator with a ton of ice tray filled with ice.Finally it's an 11 minute ride to Chatham where there are some nice family friendly beaches. We highly recommend this property and thank Melissa for all the thought she put thinking of everything we could possibly need!Lisa & Paul
