Ocean Views - Newly Remodeled - Pool and Fishing Pier

The Sea Cabins on Isle of Palms! This newly renovated Sea Cabin has views for days! This super cute unit has marble counter tops new tile new floors. It has two tiny bunks in the hallway for kids 10 and under. They are miniature and not meant for adults or anyone over 80 pounds. The bedroom has a queen bed. The chair in the living room pulls out as a Twin for additional sleeping.

There is a pool and access to the private fishing pier. You are walking distance to all of the restaurants, shops and bars in downtown IOP.

PLEASE NOTE - This unit is on the third floor and there is not an elevator. There are approximately 40 stairs from the parking lot to the unit entrance.

Paid Laundry Facilities Available in Clubhouse by Pool.

Community Charcoal BBQ Grills Available.

The reservation/administration fee is nonrefundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. (MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).

PARKING- ONE vehicle permitted. One pass will be provided. Golf carts not permitted.

Property offers freshly laundered duvet covers for every guest.

Bed and bath linens are provided, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent from IOP Beach Company. Please contact Host for beach towel rental contact information.

My husband and I had a lovely time here. The place was clean, had a wonderful view of the ocean, perfect outdoor furniture to enjoy the views, direct access to the beach, and most of all, it was comfortable to relax in.

Everything was as advertised. The view was great with easy access to the beach. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze and the property manager was responsible to text messages. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay, loved the view and the location! Walking to the shops, restaurants and beach! Loved the private pier, the place was almost immaculate. The pool needs updated a bit and could use some umbrellas, but over all great and will most likely be back!

Spring Break Getaway

The location was great! There were four of us, so it was perfect. There is a twin pull out that one of the kids slept on, so that worked out well. We bought some of our own food and just cooked right there. All brand new appliances. The kitchen was stocked with bowls, pans, utensils. Very nice, and updated! Our family could go fishing or just hang out at the beach or pool within steps. We walked to different restaurants in the area and rented chairs and umbrellas for the beach from local businesses.We would recommend staying here!

Fun Spring Break trip

Mom, Dad, and 9 year old son had a fun spring break trip. We spent time at the beach, fishing off the pier, and visiting yummy restaurants in Charleston. Loved the condo for our small group.

Good, not great.

Location is great, condo was renovated and clean. Bunk beds are small as noted in the description. I was nervous about the top bunk as Palm Blvd Vacation rentals informed me there was a guard rail but it wasn’t sturdy. An alarming thing to tell a guest with small children and obviously safety is not top priority. The real issue is how incompetent the Host through Palm Blvd Vacation Rentals was. I was given a recommendation list including restaurants, shopping, golf cart rental etc after booking. I wanted to rent a golf cart from the list knowing it would be the second parking pass. Much to my surprise, golf carts are not only banned at Sea Cabins, but Palm Blvd refused to take ownership and took hours to respond. Their response? “They’ve never seen a golf cart at Sea Cabins before!” No apology, or ownership. It’s their responsibility to understand and communicate the rules of the property they are listing. I was able to work quicker with the Property Mgmt Company at Sea Cabins and golf cart store for a resolution. Which was to pay to park the cart off-site. Not sure what Palm Blvd Vacation Is doing, they refused to connect me with the actual host. Sounds to me like I just spent extra money for a completely unnecessary property management company. I would stay at Sea Cabjns again, but never through this VRBO host or anywhere though Palm Blvd Vacation rental.
