Hermosa villa en la esquina del segundo piso con excelentes vistas de la piscina y el océano. Cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito y todos los electrodomésticos modernos. Lavadora y secadora fuera de la cocina, acceso al porche de la pantalla desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio, televisores de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD, Blu-Ray, WiFi. Ascensor y piscina comunitaria. Ropa de cama. No Fumar. Sin mascotas.

Love the open space and all the windows. Everything in the unit is convenient, but never felt small. The screened in porch was our living room most of the week. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet everything was.

Beach Week

I had an awesome stay at the house, it was amazing to eat on the screened in porch steps away from the pool and beach! Check in and out was extremely easy and had 0 issues throughout the week. I would love to stay here again!

Just for a long weekend

Great location! Place was nice and pool was nice. Kitchen space is tight, but we didn't do any cooking. Only 2 complaints, there were absolutely no hangers for hanging clothes and the shower head needs some TLC or be replaced.

Service was way above expectations...we had 2 small problems and they were fixed quickly with just a text message. The view was beautiful and it was a short walk to the beach....the pool was close too...only one very small complaint that the pool could have been cleaner.....we would definitely rent again....the price was excellent.

The condo was perfect from the location to the setup. Port o call is a perfect location on the resort. Beaches are quiet and surf is perfect.

Easy peasy

While these condos aren’t brand new and pristine, they are clean, perfectly located, beachy, and in a fun resort. We love wild dunes and the IOP area. This condo was very clean, has an amazing ice maker in the freezer, and has on ocean view. We can’t wait to go back—I’d definitely stay in this unit again.

Lovely condo in a lovely location

Lovely condo in a lovely location. The only problem was the VERY uncomfortable sofa bed. Thankfully we only had three of us staying, so the third person could sleep on the couch.

Great View

This unit has a great view and is equipped and has all you need for vacation. Easy access to the beach and pool. The unit does need some updating and repairs throughout the condo. Overall, we always enjoy our stay at Wild Dunes and the loctation is great!

Rough start but turned into a great week!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, we had a rough start to our week. There was an odor machine running which we later learned should not be used when there are occupants due to health concerns. We both spent a good part of the first night coughing non-stop and not sleeping, and it wasn't until we unplugged the machine and opened a window that we got relief. We did contact Island Realty, they apologized and sent someone to get the machine, but I feel there should have been some compensation offered for our discomfort. After that first night, our stay was wonderful. We loved the location, layout and view from the unit especially sitting on the porch.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is in a great location on Wild Dunes. Literally steps from the beach. Great pool. We had some minor inconveniences that included not being supplied with pull-out sofa sheets and weren’t able to get them until the next day, we weren’t provided with garbage bags, and kitchen is not well equipped. The TV and WiFi were terrible. We weren’t able to stream or watch anything without constant buffering. If renting this condo, don’t expect to watch TV or do any work on your phone or device.

Comfortable Stay

We felt at home - comfortable. It was stocked with everything we needed. The only thing I would mention is that it’s on the second floor with no elevator. This was not a problem for us - good workout hauling luggage. The one pool we spent a little time at was nice. It’s near the playground area which looked like a nice place for kids. It was quiet when we were there. I would certainly stay here again.

Quick summer getaway

Property was very nice. Our only complaints was I had to physically go to the office for check in and all they gave us was a code for the property. That was frustrating. Reservations and confirmation was automated so why not check in?

Beautiful location very tired unit

The location could not be bet The pool was not cleaned daily.ter. The apartment is tired and in need of painting and a new bed. The kitchen had a broken coffee pot which we replaced due to the agent's lack of responding to our request.

TV so blurry that it gave you a headache if you watched for more than 15 minutes. Noise overhead on 3rd floor was a problem. Deck sliding door on bedroom area very difficult to open and close.

Overall clean, but some maintenance issues

While the condo was very clean overall, we have several maintenance type issues (fans not working, outlets not working, TV not working, etc.) that weren’t addressed before check in. Hopefully they are addressed before the next guest. The biggest complaint is the furniture was worn and dirty.

Board loose or rather not attached whatsoever on screen porch. Part of blind broken and laying on top or window. Pullout sofa uncomfortable, dated, worn, even with 2 - 3 inch mattress pads.. need new sofa! Main bed decent.. a little hard. Couldn’t get bedroom TV to work.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was comfortable. Well kept unit. Our only problem was being charged for the first night which I did try to cancel 48 hrs or more because of unforeseen complications with our move. When I called to cancel it was the weekend & then New Years. No one got my message. I offered to add on an extra night in exchange for the missed night but that was not offered or accepted. Unfortunate. However we’ve used island realty before and been pleased.
