Only 3 minute easy walk to skate rink, fire pit and the day lodge (excellent spot to watch the fireworks every Saturday).

Build in 2005, our third floor 870sq ft home is beautifully appointed with modern design, radiant heated hardwood flooring, steam shower, private hot tub, in suit laundry and a gas burning fireplace in the living room. You will also note a beautiful view of the mountains and the gondola from the living room and the primary bedroom.

With an open plan kitchen and living space, it is great for all group sizes and has been outfitted with all of the latest in Stainless Steel Appliances. The kitchen is well equipped with all your needs like spices, coffee and the dinnerware to prepare an enjoyable meal. Make use of our French door fridge and freezer (with water and ice dispenser), microwave and full-sized oven for all your cooking needs before or after you hit the slopes. Then sit back, relax and enjoy the view in our private hot tub at the end of your day. The leather couch folds out into additional sleep spot.

Good size primary bedroom with in suit bathroom hosts a King sized comfortable mattress with a heavy duty wood bed frame . Inside you will also find a dresser and a closet to fit all your belongings.
Second room is smaller and has no window ( so may get warm), but offers a large single over double bunk bed perfect for kids or a couple. To make it more fun every room is equipped with a TV, the second bedroom also includes a Nintendo consul for video gaming. Our high speed internet has good connection from each room which allows you to stay connected while on vacation.

Free parking for 1 vehicles on location with more parking on the Happy valley parking lot (free during the day with overnight fee). The building offers a secure entrance protected with a code to prevent strangers entering the premises and an elevator saving your legs from extra work after a long day skiing. A well equipped gym and games room for your enjoyment, as well as, locked ski locker room for easy equipment storage.
