The surprise here is that you have access to the entire roof terrace with 180 degree views of Kings Beach, Pumicestone Passage & Kings Beach

Short stroll to beach, coffee shops, restaurants & cafes

PROPERTY DETAILS
Our apartment is in the "Kings Manor" building. From the footpath walk to the building front door to access the building.

Access to the apartment is via the lock box at the apartment. You will be sent a code to access the lock box, to access the keys to the building, your apartment, garage and rooftop terrace. You will be sent these details after you have booked.

From the apartment entrance you get a lift to 2nd floor, where you will find apartment 6. To access the roof top terrace use the lift to go to the top floor and then several steps to the enormous roof top terrace. This is available for you to use throughout your stay.

The apartment has a lock up garage for your vehicle for the duration of your visit. From the road side drive straight in and your garage is the one on the far right hand side.

The apartment has two bedrooms,
Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single Beds
Bed 3: 1 x Pull Out Sofa Bed (suitable for children / smaller adults)

The bedrooms are light and airy with the winter northern sun streaming in. Both bedrooms have overhead fans.

Guests have full and sole access to the apartment and its balcony.

Guests have shared access to the building roof top terrace and pool.

Air-Conditioning
The lounge room / dining room / kitchen area is all air-conditioned. You may find with the sea breezes that you rarely use it, but its great to know its there, should you feel you need it.

We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service

The kitchen has cook top, fridge, microwave, oven, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery and is ready for you to cook up a feast, should you wish.

The dining table seats six and there are a further two seats on the balcony. There is a lovely balcony off the lounge room.

There are 2 lounge rooms:
1. TV Lounge area, with seating for 5 guests
2. Relaxation, reading, games lounge area with seating for 3 guests

When we say that this apartment is in a wonderful location we are not joking:
- 250 metres (1 minute walk) to Kings Beach
- 350 metres (2 minute walk) to Kings Beach Amphitheatre
- 500 metres (3-4 minute walk) up to 10 cafes, restaurants & general store

Great location, fab apartment, couple of glitches

Accomodation was clean and spacious. Amazing location. Would def stay again. Couple of negatives - original email and advertising said garage for parking and nbn internet access. Ok day of arrival garage had a car parked in it which meant I had to find parking on the street which I didn’t expect and over nye that was not easily available. Also I was there for 3 night and the internet didn’t connect. The agents were easily available and responsive but disappointing as not cheap accom. Everything else was fabulous and would stay again.

Disappointing Christmas 4-Nites Stay

The building looks tired from outside. We occupied the 2nd floor unit. The lift was terrifying- starting with weird sounds and then stopping with sudden jolts. The unit is quite large for 3 adults but we were disgusted by unbearable musky odours coming from tired, old and stained carpet and sofas around the living room. Obviously they never got cleaned. We couldn’t access the rooftop viewing deck as doors were locked; even the fire escape stairway was locked. It’s false advertising and dangerous. The outdoor pool looks tired and uninviting. We are regular travelers -won’t recommend this one, certainly won’t come back.
