We stayed in this home during our visit to the University of Tennessee. We had 4 adults, 2 teens and this house fit us perfectly and was very comfortable and clean. It was very well equipped, was close to campus (about 14-16 min depending on traffic), and had tons of stores nearly for anything you might have forgotten. We will definitely stay here again when we visit UTK!

Great place to stay. Very quiet neighborhood.

Really enjoyed the stay at this house. Very comfortable and inviting. Hopefully the next time in Knoxville we’ll be able to stay again

Weekend Stay

House served us great. Was in town for the weekend and the location and neighborhood was perfect. Close to every place we wanted to go and the Binder provided was extremely helpful. Would stay again if back in Knoxville

Awesome Rental Property

Honestly, this is one of the best rental properties, if not best ones, that we've stayed at. It has a fantastic living room, kitchen and the outdoor space is awesome between the deck and the fire pit. We loved our time relaxing outside. The beds were also comfortable. We definitely recommend this property!

Pleasant stay in Knoxville

This home was very clean, comfortable and my family enjoyed it! The house had enough amenities for the family. I would highly recommend for large families. We did not get to use the backyard due to running around but it was a nice touch!

Great place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Only 15 minutes to UT.

Overall just a fantastic home, 2 living rooms, big kitchen, deck is huge ( watch the steps) FirePit with wood. Left a kids bucket and shovel to clean the bottom of grill but grill worked out great ok. Note that the remote for outside string lights are in kitchen left drawer on Coffee sidesEverything exactly as it looks in photos, no surprises, about 7-10 minutes downtown and restaurants close by .

Families graduation party

The property was very clean, decorated beautifully with a warm and comfortable feeling. The neighborhood was quiet. The large backyard was perfect with a nice patio and a outdoor patio.

The property is accurately described in the listing. It was clean. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking pots/pans/implements. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Knoxville and would stay there again if I return to Knoxville.

Great rental for Parent’s weekend

Property is newly renovated and very clean with great space to stay…both inside and out. We enjoyed the fire pit in the backyard. Beds were comfortable and it’s an easy commute to UT’s campus (about 15 minute drive). The only complaint we had was that we smelled hints of cigarette throughout the house, especially in the master bedroom.

Fantastic weekend in Knoxville

Two families went to visit our UTK kids. Fun filled weekend enjoying all things University of Tennessee. The house was perfect for the 8 of us. Loved the fire pit and used the grill too. Place was only a 15 minute drive to campus. Can’t wait to come back.

We went to Knoxville to attend my mother-in-laws memorial service. We had adult children fly in from CA, WA, and NV & we drove in from MO. We found the home very conveniently located, clean and spacious. The host of the property added a lot of personal touches which we really appreciated and made our stay seamless and enjoyable. I wish I had thought about taking more photos while we were there and would have been happy to share but the photos online were very accurate.

Good location in quiet part of town

The house was unimpressive from the street, but the inside looked to have been totally remodeled. The kitchen was very nice with lots of available cabinets. The back yard was great with a firepit for roasting marshmallows. Our only complaint was that for a property that slept eight, there was only room for four at the dining table.

Our stay at the Hill House was perfect and just what we needed. My family and I stayed at this rental for almost a week and it met all our needs. The property is close to freeways, shopping, and restaurants. The house was clean and spacious. Overall, the stay was great and I do not recommend any changes.
