Beautiful, centrally located, short drive to beaches and stores.

Casita Exuma is located on Great Exuma and in the Village at Hooper's Bay, about a 10-minute drive from both the Exuma International Airport and George Town. 2-story, 2-bedroom townhouse for 4 people. The Village is a secure and private complex with 6-villas, on-site management and staff that can assist you during your stay. Wi-Fi and parking are included.

First floor: The 2 bedrooms, each one with ensuite bathrooms, are on the ground floor along with a walk-in closet and a laundry room (which is available for your use). The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have access to a screened porch. The first floor also has a deck .

Second floor: The open concept kitchen, living and dining room is on the second floor along with a powder room. The kitchen is well-equipped with all basic appliances, cookware, glassware, utensils, etc. A second screened porch is located on the second floor where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the natural vegetation.

Guest Access - the onsite property manager will welcome you on arrival.

Check Out: 10 am

Great location

This cottage was not on the beach but it was very comfortable and convenient t to town, beaches, grocery stores, etc. we loved the pool at the end of each day.

Great Exuma Rental

This traditional Bahamian property is centrally located on the island, not far from the airport or shopping. Also a great place with all you need for a vacation on this beautiful island where you will want to spend time at the beach or the option of the community pool that’s only a few steps from your condo. Either way, a great place for fun in the sun.

Perfect for Us!

Beautiful and spacious! Perfect for our situation. The house was like home away from home for two weeks. Great location in a quiet "village" and for exploring both ends of the island. Access to the pool was great too! Provided a relaxing experience for us.

Bahamian Dream

Our visit to our favorite island was made complete at Casita Exuma. Ingrid welcomed us to her beautiful villa which included everything we needed during our stay. An added bonus is the large pool right outside our door. The villa is in Hooper's Bay and is close to Georgetown, which we visited daily. We've been back a few days and miss it already!

Nice, Private, Centrally Located Property

The property was as described in the listing and accommodated our family well for nearly a week. We appreciated the cleanliness and amenities like the water and beach towels. If I had to suggest any improvements, I would recommend supplying a couple more sets of bath towels and bar soap for the showers. Overall a nice place to stay for our family.

Perfectly Cute & Ideally Located

We had a wonderful time in Exuma and the villa had everything we needed for our two and a half weeks stay. It was cute, very clean, and ideally located. Great Stay!

Our stay at Casita Exuma was fabulous! The house is exactly like the pictures online. Very clean! We loved having the washer and dryer. We also loved that the kitchen had utensils in the house which made cooking breakfasts and dinners so much easier. They also had beach chairs and floats to use while we were there. The pool was nice to go in after a long day on the boat or at beaches. Communication with Ingrid and Donoardo was great with their speedy response times. We enjoyed our stay!
