Within a brief stroll, merely a minute or two across the Queen Highway from our premises on the left, you'll find the nearest beach. We classify our property as beachfront since there are no residences between us and the beach. It's important to mention, however, that our beach is not considered part of the property, and we want you to be aware of this distinction.

George Town provides a full array of amenities: groceries, bars, restaurants, boutiques, as well as essential services like gas stations, banks, and medical facilities. Additionally, the water taxi to Stocking Island, a must-experience in the Exumas, is within easy reach. Another perks? Having access to paved roads is a real advantage given Exuma's often challenging terrain—some roads are just dirt paths filled with potholes. On an island over 40 miles long, being at the center of paved roads spares you from long, bumpy journeys, not to mention the high gas prices.
