We have stayed here several times. I love the floor plan of this house and really everything about it. The bed is also very comfortable. It is close to the base so very convenient for us Its a great place to stay

Very clean, well maintained property located within 10 minutes to either Ft. Walton or Navarre beaches, dining and shopping. The neighborhood is one in transition as there are several mobile homes mixed in with much newer homes. However it is quiet, dogs are fenced or walked on leash. If you have several in your party you may want to bring extra towels and washcloths, otherwise you will be washing towels daily. Overall we loved our stay and highly recommend.

Property was the nicest I've stayed in !!!! 99.9 % ...Perfect perfect perfect!!!!.. id rent it over and over!!.. couldn't say one bad thing about it...except one little thing... garage door opener would've made it more convenient

The location of the property and all of the amenities were exactly as described. The only negative item about the property was the cleanliness of the floors as there was pet hair and dirt throughout the home, but not in large amounts that were noticeable to the eye. Fortunately there were some cleaning materials available for us to use to quickly clean the floors. The property served us well for our stay. If you’re looking to go to Fort Walton/Destin crossing the road can be difficult because of traffic. We would stay here again if available when we return to the area.

Clean, roomy home makes for a comfy stay!

This home was in a great location. It was very clean with a nice open-concept floor plan which provided plenty of room for our family of 4. I would highly recommend this home!

Great house

The house is very spacious and well layed out. Kitchen is super nice. We enjoyed how easy it was to get off and on I-98 and get to where we were going.

Just like home!

Our stay was great we loved everything about the property. The only thing I could complain is when we got there, sand was still everywhere all over the house and bed. But we are at the beach so I wasn’t to upset.

Wonderful inside/landscaping & location?

Great, clean, & modern inside. The outside landscaping is poor to non existent. On our last night a neighbor was banging very loudly working in a garage after 11PM. The inside of the rental does not match the outside.

Thank you for staying. We were not able to cut the grass until the rain let up. That has since been done. You did not report any other issues so a little surprised by this review. The pictures of the property are recent and accurate. Not sure what you mean by inside doesn't match the outside. The outside of the house looks like a house should from the outside.

Great location!

This home is about a 15 minute drive to Ft Walton/Destin, 20 minutes to Pensacola, and 5 minutes to Navarre! We enjoyed the whole area! The house was clean (a little sand is to be expected, it’s Florida) and a few scuffs and knicks on the walls. Other than that it was comfortable for our week stay. There is 1 of everything as description states so you will need extra toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags, etc… Neighborhood is quiet and right along Hwy 98 for convenience. Home is open and inviting for a family with a nice split floor plan for master bedroom privacy. All appliances worked with no issues. Lots of natural light and calm simplified decor. We would stay again.

We found towels and linens in the washer and dryer that were left by the cleaning crew - evidently forgotten to be taken out and folded. We had to rewash and clean them ourselves to remove the smell. I don't believe this was the owners fault. The lawn needed cutting when we arrived and there was animal droppings in various areas. The lawn service did show up two days after we arrived. Some of the cookware, mostly metal cookie sheet type cookware had rust spots, but there were ample cups, glasses and dishware. The neighborhood was suspect, but there were no issues with our stay, and it was mostly a quiet area. Aside from these few issues, the design and comfort of the house was very nice. It met our needs and provided close access to our interest nearby. The service number, which we called about a lock issue, was exceptionally nice and took good care of us. It was a good stay.
