Welcome to Marina Beach Lodge

Your perfect lakefront escape, featuring its own private beach and dock while

being just steps from Pine Mountain Lake's best swimming beach – the Marina.

Take a short stroll onto the Marina Beach, adjacent to the house, to enjoy its

sandy shores, swimming areas, kayak/paddleboard/boat rentals, bocce court,

volleyball, and seasonal snack shack.



Now with Air Conditioning!

This home is now equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay

even in warmer months. The loft does not have its own AC unit but benefits

from airflow from the living room and is equipped with ceiling fans.



Home Features

This spacious retreat offers three bedrooms plus a loft and two bathrooms,

comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The living area includes WiFi, a TV

with cable, a DVD player, and a pool table for entertainment. For climate

control, the home has air conditioning in most rooms & sleeping spaces, a

wall-mounted heating system, and a wood-burning stove. A washer, dryer, iron,

ironing board, and hairdryer are also provided.



Private Beach, Dock & Outdoor Features

Few homes in Pine Mountain Lake offer this level of waterfront access! Guests

can enjoy direct lakefront living with their own private beach and dock,

perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or launching a float on the water. In

addition, Pine Mountain Lake's Marina Beach is just steps away, providing easy

access to one of the most popular swimming spots in the community. The home

also features a charcoal BBQ (guests must bring their own charcoal and

lighter, available at the local market) and a picnic and BBQ area on the beach

for outdoor dining. Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests in beds, but can acocmodate up to

10 guests. It is up to the renter to decide where guest 10 will sleep.



Guest Limits & House Rules

To maintain the home's peaceful setting, the guest limit is 10 people total.

While we want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, we kindly ask that there

are no large gatherings or extra visitors. Pets are not allowed. Exterior

security cameras are in place for safety. The garage and private storage space

above the garage are not available for guest use.



Parking & Accessibility

The garage driveway can accommodate 2 cars. An additional 2 cars can park on

the lot of the home, adjacent to the driveway, off the water company's

easement road, for a total of 4 cars. There are 4 steps from the driveway to

the front door.



What's Provided & What to Bring

Guests are provided with linens, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and

pillows. However, beach towels, coffee, cooking oils, food, and snacks are not

provided.



Gated Community Access & Fees

Pine Mountain Lake HOA requires a gate pass for all vehicles ($50 per vehicle,

non-refundable, paid directly to HOA). For stays of 8+ nights, additional fees

may apply per HOA regulations.

guide you on how to secure one! If you can't get a reservation, no

worries—daily shuttles leave from Pine Mountain Lake. Message us after booking
