DISCLAIMER - there has been earthworks completed in the backyard recently due to the winter weather and rains. Please be assured we are doing our best to get it back to how it used to be.

The Cottage

Our two bedroom cottage has a cosy and casual feel that is great for families, couples and a big hit with our fur babies. Located on a quiet street, the cottage is perfect in every little way.


Enjoy our fully fenced in backyard surrounded by local trees, birds and possums at dusk. The patio area is equipped with a BBQ to enjoy while entertaining on the deck. Perfect for the kiddies to play and a safe area for your family pet.

Our open plan living area has a spacious renovated kitchen, two large bedrooms with queen and double beds with ceiling fans, bathroom fitted with rain shower as well as an outdoor shower (hot & cold) for when you return from the beach.

All the comforts of home including rev cycle air-conditioning, ceiling fans and a lovely wood fire for the winter. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge, microwave, oven & cooktop, and plenty of storage space.

There is a large smart TV, DVD player and a selection of great movies for you and the kids, not forgetting our many board games to enjoy. Our sound system is bluetooth enabled and you can connect it with your smart phones.

We do not provide Wifi because it’s great to switch off and enjoy the many things to do in and around Dunsborough.

The bedrooms have built in robes. Doonas and pillows are on all beds, and electric blankets are provided in winter. A Portacot and highchair are supplied, free of charge. Guests supply their own towels and bed linen. LINEN is available for hire at an extra charge of $25 pp. If you require linen during the busy Christmas / holiday period, we require two weeks' notice.

The Annex / Studio
The outside studio has two single beds and a recently added double bunk with single on the top. It is equipped with a toilet, making it a great area for the older children.

The laundry is located in the patio area and has a washer and dryer.
Parking is down a long driveway at the side of the cottage and there is ample room for multiple cars.

To align with the conditions of registration with the City of Busselton, the following is required:


The maximum number of guests must not exceed seven.
No more than 6 adults are permitted on the property. (Although the cottage will sleep 7, it is not suitable for 7 adults).
No visitors are permitted at the premises after 10pm.
Dogs must not be left unattended at the premises at any time.
All dogs are allowed. Please contact me if you are bringing more than one dog (only by arrangement with the owner).
During leaver’s period - late November, the cottage is unavailable. Booking requests for this period will not be accepted.
A cleaner/caretaker fee of $100 applies to all bookings. (Additional cleaning charges may be made if the cottage is left in an untidy or dirty manner).
CANCELLATION: If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact us immediately.

Part or all of your deposit may be non-refundable depending on the cancellation of your booking, how much notice is given and whether the cottage can be re-booked.
