Situated at the quiet end of Gregory street-t it's still only a very short walk to the action.
The unit itself is on the beach end of the complex which means if there's a breeze to be found, you'll get it.
Elevator access from the secure car park.
A large private front patio back from the road mean it's much quieter than other units with no afternoon sun.
