With open sea views and generous indoor outdoor living, The Cove at Little O is a relaxed, sun filled home set just moments from the sand at Little Oneroa Beach. Comfortable and easy to live in, it suits families or friends wanting space to unwind while staying close to beaches, cafés, and the heart of the island.
The Space:
The Cove at Little O is designed for simple island living. The open plan kitchen, dining, and living area forms the centre of the home and opens through wide bi fold windows to fresh sea air and greenery outside. A built in window seat looks toward the water and creates a quiet spot for morning coffee or an evening drink.
The deck sits directly off the living area and is arranged for long afternoons outdoors, with space to lounge, dine, and cook on the BBQ. It works naturally for sunset watching and relaxed meals after time at the beach.
Inside, three comfortable bedrooms accommodate up to six guests, each filled with natural light. Two and a half bathrooms make the home practical for families or small groups. A separate rumpus room with a TV, books, puzzles, and games provides an easy retreat for children or downtime away from the main living space.
Please note the property is not suitable for children under two years of age.
