PRIVATE rooftop 16 person hot tub with ocean views, including views of the famous Cabo Arch!
2 Rooftop fire pits and seating area.
Rooftop outdoor kitchen with both charcoal and gas grill.

A full online guide with videos will be shared with you once your booking is complete. It will include video directions to locate the property, detailed instructions on the house including videos to show you how to operate all the automated features of the home as well as a guide to introduce you to our favourite things to do on your trip and all local amenities such as shopping.

Our full service local manager can also assist you in arranging transport to the home.

2 full private units:

3 bedroom lower unit with wrap around water feature and lap pool access from your living room. Master bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. 3rd bedroom has 2 double beds. 2nd bathroom has full shower.

2 bedroom second level unit with massive out door patio with water views. Master bedroom with walk-in closet, private bathroom and shower. 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds. 2nd bathroom in this unit has a full shower.

Both levels are fully serviced with stainless steel kitchen, washer & dryer. All bedrooms and living area are equipped with 50 inch high definition tv's.

Practice your golf game with our 2 hole putting green.

The home is set up with Fiber Optic internet service. Consistently running download speeds in excess of 100Mbps and upload speeds in excess of 40Mbps. Excellent speeds for Zoom meetings and VOIP calls.

Cabo Trip

Awesome experience and beautiful property that’s exactly as advertised. Cesar is very helpful and the property is great. It’s in a developing neighborhood with construction going around but it’s not disturbing and the property itself has no issues. As you should everywhere in Cabo, make sure to ask for total end price before using a service.

Amazing stay

We had an amazing stay at this home. The view from the room and second floor is one of the best views in Cabo San Lucas. Not only was the view great, the roof was vary spacious and the hot tub was huge and is the best spot in the house. Everyone in the home enjoyed the stay and communicating with Cesar, the property manager. Cesar was very responsive and helped us out in booking transportation, a chef, and more. Cesar truly made our stay unforgettable. We would 100% come back again. However, you should know that the area around the house is currently under massive construction. There are no paved roads to the house yet and there is a good amount of noise during the day. It was also a little difficult to locate the property when ordering transportation. However, these are just small things that didn't affect the overall enjoyment we had staying here. 10/10 would definitely come back! Thank you!
