The living room, with direct access to the screened in balcony, is outfitted with a comfortable sofa and a flat screen TV with streaming capability to all your favorite apps available. Wi-Fi is available. The dining area has seating for 4. The bar area houses your choice of a Keurig or drip coffee pot. The kitchen is fully equipped so just bring your favorite recipes. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The balcony is accessible from the master bedroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and the hall bath is mere steps away. The balcony, with a relaxing wooded view, expands the width of the condo; giving you plenty of room to gather with your friends and family. The location was perfect. Close to the beach and across the street from Egans Creek Trail. Many places to bike and explore. The living area smelled a bit of smoke but I think that may have been from the neighbors?

Enjoyed this location and apartment. We did have challenges with the TV and its internet connection, but everything else was great. The balcony was a great asset. We saw a frequent Blue Herring and Egrets at the pond while drinking morning coffees.

Perfect for relaxing place that isn’t on the beach but a few steps or short drive away. Very comfortable condo with a lovely pool for beating the heat!

We enjoyed the location relative to restaurants, the beach, and shops. It’s a very short walk to the nice pool. When we arrived the tv wasn’t working but they did bring us a new one. Being on the second floor, we had some loud neighbors upstairs, and then the last couple of days some neighbors that smoked and the smell came into our bathrooms it seemed. I saw one other comment that mentioned the place smelled musty, and we did find that when we came in throughout the week. I think it may be due to the fact that the thermostat kept resetting up to 75, I am sure to save money, but when the temperature outside is only 75 in early March, the air doesn’t kick on and it is stagnant. Once we kicked the air back on and were there for a bit we didn’t notice the musty smell. We enjoyed the back porch privacy and view, and having two rooms and bathrooms is much better than being in a hotel room!

Wonderful, great location, beautiful deck

We had a wonderful visit. The deck was a major plus to sit on and look out at the trees and pond in the back. Close to the beach. Great swimming pool for kids. Clean.

Nice Place But Musty

The property was nice and had all the amenities we needed but it was very musty. We were disappointed by the smell and bought a gel candle to assist in freshening up our stay.

A short girls get away

The property was perfect, location was perfect for the beach and dining. Property was clean and we loved the porch area for morning coffee and afternoon chats! The only complaint we had is the hose to rinse off beach gear and shoes was hidden in the bushes ( you walk down the path a little ways) we didn’t find it until day 2. Otherwise perfect would totally stay again.

Unfortunately many things were wrong with the property. The dishwasher didnt work, there was a leak from the bathroom to the bottom floor, the smoke detectors were beeping when we first arrived and since it was a 'non-emergency' we had to wait until morning for someone to come. The bathrooms were also not clean and one of the shower curtains had not been washed in a long time and was moldy. However, I will say ERA was always returning my calls and the maintenance man was very friendly and helped where he could. The location was top notch. We walked to the beach. Very nice area with things to do in walking distance. I would stay in the area again, just not at this property.
