Nice space outside to chill and take in the views. EIther from Firepit, outdoor dining or seating area. Brought the frisbee and plenty of space to run around. Recommend!

Nice getaway

Overall it was an enjoyable stay. Positives were plenty of space for our group to sleep and hang out inside or outside together. Liked the large kitchen and sofa. The house was nice on the inside, the outside was a little worn down with parts of the back deck a little loose. The kids loved the paddleboards and kayaks and my husband enjoyed fishing off the dock. The neighborhood driving in was a little less than desirable but we didn't have any issues. Biggest complaint is the a/c was not turned on when we got there, so it was 90 degrees in the house and took about 8 hours to cool down even after we bought fans for all the rooms from Walmart. And one of the beds had a broken frame that we fixed with some bricks. Management responded quickly to both issues but couldn't fix either issue.

The House is located in a very beautiful location right on the water.

My large extended family of 16 stayed in this home three nights for our yearly family vacation. The location is beautiful and comes with 2 kayaks and multiple paddle boards that the kids really enjoyed. It has a perfect place for the kids to swim directly off the front yard with large shade trees. We did run into some issues but after working with the host we were able to get things worked out.

Overall, we enjoyed staying on the lake and the house was okay. We enjoyed the paddleboards available. The home was not as pictured, so they need updating. There is no foosball table. The neighborhood was a little sketchy when locating the home, but after talking with some of the neighbors, they eased our neighborhood concerns. The house can use a 'deep' clean and needs a little fixing up. There are soft spots in the flooring, could use curtains/blinds in the front room (shows in the current pictures, but they are not there), master bath has tiles missing in shower, etc. Just for those of you that might care, it is a mobile home, but it has been added onto, so it is quite large and suited the amount of people we had. Other concerns: 2 propane tanks empty (we got one meal cooked at least), wifi very slow (could not watch a movie), when you enter from the garage it is very dirty and 4 bags of previous trash was left, so it smelled, the garage/back porch could have been cleaned with a blower prior to stay. There was a lot of rain before we arrived, so the firepit was under water and standing water in the yard. Sorry to be lengthy, but overall we felt the pictures were from a different time and did not represent the home as best as it could. However, we were grateful that the owner allowed us to check out a little later without additional fees. The best part for us was being on the lake and swimming and being able to keep the boat in the water at the dock available.
