Cozy 2 bedroom basement with 2 beds, kitchen, 75’’ TV and bathroom

Host lives above with family. This is a modern clean space for family or couples. Cook some good food and enjoy Netflix on the 75’’ TV. Have a warm bath or shower to freshen up.There is a stair master if that’s what you love. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. We are located in north west Edmonton. 10 minute walk to Walmart, McDonald’s, and many more. 5 mins from Anthony Henday, 38 min drive YEG airport, 22 mins to U of A school. One queen bed and one double bed. Walking trail behind the house. This is a 2 bedroom large basement suite, separate keyless entrance, enjoy a Netflix and a relaxing night on the 75’’ smart TV. Host family resides upstairs, some noise. Camera outside of property note there is stairs going down into property if you are not able to do stairs this may be difficult for you.

Had a wonderful stay at this property. The owner who lives upstairs was fantastic! Great communication andvery helpful. The property is very clean and cozy. The neighbourhood felt very safe and secure as well.

Great Stay

Great location and proximity to Volleyball Nationals at Expo Centre, very happy with the accommodations. They were, clean, bright and comfortable. Communication with the host was seamless, questions were answered in a timely manner. Will definitely stay here again.

Great accommodation!

We had a great stay. The listing was as described, beds were comfortable and the unit was very nice. High ceilings for a basement and the TV was huge! Host was quick to respond to communication. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean, host friendly and responsive. Only thing is a little short on amenities for longer term stay guest experience - no hair dryer, a rack or hutch in the bathroom to put toothbrushes, make-up etc would’ve been helpful and a few more cups and cutlery. Other than that it was great!

Wonderful

Hosts were great. Suite is spacious, clean and has everything you need. Very comfortable, lots of room and easy to get around the city from this location. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

The suite was very nice and clean. This rental is nicely located in the city. Easy to get from the rental to anywhere in the city. Check in process was easy and convenient! It was perfect for my 13 year old and I. The host was very kind and easy to contact if needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean and spacious

My wife and I spent 3 nights here visiting family. We were unable to check in until after 11 pm but that was not a problem. Communication with Arman was quick and he very considerately left a light on outside so we could find our way. The pictures are accurate. The bed was excellent and we both slept very well. The furniture was equally as comfortable. The supplied coffee was very much appreciated. There was a bit of a chill the first night but the electric fireplace heated up the room surprisingly quickly. A full open mall with grocery store, gas and restaurants is only a few blocks away. My only caveat is that the first outside step is a bit higher than normal and there is not a handrail so it could be a bit difficult if you have some mobility problems. I would highly recommend Arman's place for location, comfort, communication and accuracy of the description. I would not hesitate to stay again the next time we are passing through Edmonton.

Nice place to stay in a nice neighborhood!

We like the location as it is about five minutes away from a shopping center where Walmart and other major stores are located. This place is about 26 minutes away from the West Edmonton Mall. It was fine with us as we were attending Soccer Provincial games in a field five minutes away from this accommodation. We like the basement as it was clean and well lit. The two bedrooms were cozy and the beds were clean and comfortable. The two rooms' closets have enough space to store personals. The kitchen had basic amenities enough to cook and store food. There was only one quiet fan to use in the rooms during the hot nights. It would have been nice to have one per room as it gets hot at night. Yet, the whole basement remains fairly cool. The bathtub doesn't have a handle to get in and out safely, so it may not be suitable for older people with mobility challenges. There is a space in the living-room with a weight lifting center piece and a static bike. It is a nice amenity for those physically active like us. However, there weren't any weights to lift. Please put the disks back to exercise as the main frame is there for it. The entrance door needs to be checked as it is not unlocking properly upon entering the code. The code is fine but the deadbolt gets stack preventing the door from opening (the door has to be pushed once entering the code).
