Walking distance to Fort Frontenac (5 minutes), Princess street (7 minutes), Kingston Health Sciences Centre (10 minutes HDH, 25 minutes KGH), Queen's University (25 minutes), grocery and liquor store (5 minutes). Short drive to CFB Kingston (5 minutes) and Queens west campus (10 minutes).
Fully furnished including towels and bed linens (if desired), just bring your clothes and food. Kitchen includes a dishwasher, full size fridge and stove and is equipped with a set of basic cookware, dishes and utensils. Small appliances include a toaster, microwave, coffee maker and blender. In unit washer and dryer. TV includes access to Netflix, Crave and CBC Gem. Monthly cleaning service included.
