We offer our guests a completely remodeled luxury villa with a new and updated floor plan featuring a Gourmet Kitchen, Living Room with a 49 inch 4K Smart TV, free wifi, dining for five guests, and a King Master Suite and Guest Suite, both with gorgeous bathrooms and Smart TVs! There is keyless entry, so no more losing or trying to keep track of keys!

The state-of-the-art Gourmet Kitchen countertops are Azul Imperial quartzite, a stunning and unique five star azure blue stone which establishes the ocean/beach decorative theme of the unit. The cabinetry has glass door accents, roll out shelves, double tiered silverware drawer, and many other customized features. The Gourmet Kitchen also includes a fireclay farmhouse sink; Le Creuset and All-Clad cookware; island with countertop and seating for two; and luxury appliances including a 36 inch paneled refrigerator with ice maker; oven and microwave combination; beverage cooler; paneled dishwasher, and brand new (2024) front load washer and dryer.

The Living Room features lovely Capri furniture and a 49-inch Smart TV with DVR capability. It opens onto a balcony which has Breezesta bar-height furniture carefully chosen to enhance the enjoyment of the panoramic and unobstructed beach and ocean views, some of the loveliest on Hilton Head. The Dining Area seats five.

The Master Suite also opens onto this balcony. It has a King bed, 40 inch smart TV, luxury bathroom with large shower, Azul Imperial Extra quartzite countertops, Egyptian Marble vessel sinks, and Kohler Brushed Bronze fixtures, lovely flumed faucets, and a large closet.

The Guest Suite has two queen beds, a 40 inch Smart TV, a sitting area and writing desk. Its bathroom also has the Azul Imperial Extra quartzite countertop; premium flume faucets; Kohler Brushed Bronze fixtures and shower/bathtub door; and mosaic sinks. This bedroom has its own balcony, again with stunning oceanfront penthouse views and premium Breezesta "tete-a-tete" bar height furniture.

We named "Palmetto-Sunrise-On-The-Ocean" for the breathtaking panoramic sunrise views from our indoor and outdoor furniture. The villa's decor is inspired by its coastal setting and its close proximity to world-class golf and tennis. Throughout the unit are lovely prints of beautiful Hilton Head scenes painted by local artist Candace Lovely and chosen carefully to fit the individual wall spaces. The owners work diligently to insure our guests have the absolute finest possible vacation experience in our rebuilt unit. We manage the property ourselves and are full-time residents of Hilton Head, so we give our guests prompt, responsive, and superior service.

The owners also pride themselves on meticulous care of this property, with frequent inspections, inventories, and deep cleanings to insure our guests' comfort and satisfaction. The recent "care agenda" included new sliding glass/screen door sets throughout the unit; a new washer and dryer; replacement of all of the unit's area rugs; and the purchase of a variety of new accessories, along with the routine and regular HVAC maintenance and mechanical inspections. Over the years we have developed relationships with the best teams on the island to insure that Palmetto-Sunrise-On-The-Ocean is ALWAYS in the best possible condition!

VILLAMARE
Villamare's ecently reconstructed and expanded pool area has an Ocean Front Family Pool with water/splash features, accompanied by a dedicated spa and newly expanded sundecks. It is nestled in a 3 tier deck area for sunning and viewing the ocean. The second brand new beachfront Serenity Pool has a companion lounging deck area and spa area. Our renovated grilling area has new gas grills and a lovely gas fire pit, perfect for family and friend gatherings. These new state-of-the-art amenities make Villamare a top vacation destination not only in Palmetto Dunes, but on all of Hilton Head Island!

Palmetto-Sunrise-On-The-Ocean overlooks this gorgeous new Family Pool and its beautiful curved decking. Villamare is a top rated oceanfront resort noted for its beautiful grounds, lagoons, health club with indoor heated swimming pool, heated Jacuzzi, steam sauna, and extensive fitness facility. In addition, our guests have access to two hours of free tennis or pickle ball play at the nationally renowned Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickle Ball Center, only 5 minute walk away from Villamare. NOTE: Pickle Ball is great fun and is extremely popular and one of the fastest growing sports in the US!

PALMETTO DUNES
Villamare is centrally located in the Palmetto Dunes community, so it is a short walk not only to the Tennis and Pickle Ball Center, but also to the beloved "General Store"; and Hilton Head Outfitters for renting bikes, kayaks, and canoes. The world-class Robert Trent Jones, George Fazio, and Arthur Hills Golf Courses are no more than three minutes away by car.

Palmetto Dunes is located in the middle of Hilton Head Island, which makes it very convenient to all of the island's attractions and shopping, including world-famous Harbour Town at Sea Pines, Coligny Plaza, Shelter Cove Marina, and Shelter Cove Towne Center, with its beautiful waterfront park on Broad Creek.
