As you step from the street heading inside the yard, you'll be

courtyard is ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sun, while the back
courtyard boasts an outdoor braai with a chimney, perfect for those
memorable barbecues.

The spacious lounge-cum-dining area is designed for comfort and
entertainment, complete with a TV equipped with DSTV and Netflix, as
well as a cozy wood fireplace to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen features all the amenities you need,
including a designer gas stove, dishwasher, and more. Additionally, a
laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a scullery
cupboard stocked with cleaning amenities, is at your disposal.
Bedroom 1:
This elegant room offers an extra King-size bed for a luxurious night's
sleep. It leads onto a balcony and includes a convenient work desk. The
standalone bathroom, located just down the hallway, features a shower
