This was a perfect spot for our trip to Fernandina Beach. Shirt walk to the beach, but in a quiet neighborhood. Property was clean and well kept. Great spot.

It was everything we needed for our weekend getaway to relax. Loved that it had a fenced in backyard for our little Charlie to play. We look forward to staying here again one day.

The property was great! Only issue was the cleanliness of the home needed some attention. We had to sweep the entire home from the amount of dirt on the floor immediately when we arrived. House was wonderful though. Just needed to have some TLC from the cleaning crew.

Really nice house…plenty of space a decorated overall with beach theme! A pump soap in guest bath would be nice! Also, all day Friday some huge generator or pressure washer in adjoining neighborhood and Saturday until about noon…not able to enjoy the yard…Loud music until about 10PM on Saturday night…Guest mattress is super firm and master mattress is just right! Better dustpan and/or swiffer would be great for cleaning up before check out!I’d stay again…fenced yard for the pup was really nice! I hauled a stuffed garbage can to the street because it was full when I arrived.Good AC and ceiling fans! The light bulb outside sliding door could be brighter to light the yard better. Enjoyed my stay!

Pet friendly, comfortable home, instructions kept referring to package on the table and that turns out to be not the case, that guy confusing and concerning. The TV did not say who the provider so it took awhile for the maintenance guy who stooped by to look at it and determine the which app was for the TV,
