Inside the home, you'll find some of the most illustrious names in home decor, from stainless steel Thermador appliances in the gourmet kitchen to a Sub-Zero wine fridge, KRUPS espresso machine, and WUSTHOF knives. Guests can dine more casually at the kitchen island or congregate around a large indoor dining table overlooking a cozy seating area, as well as some outdoor space with views of towering palm trees and the Sea of Cortez. Close the Hunter Douglas blinds to create an intimate indoor space or open them fully to take in additional views of the sea beyond.

The outdoor space expands to create even more room for guests to enjoy, as large white arches frame a covered terrace, complete with a dining table for eight, a Coyote grill, and some outdoor lounge space, including a living room with a flatscreen TV. Soak in the full sun of the pool deck from eight deck loungers, refresh in the swimming pool, relax in the Jacuzzi, or gather around the firepit. The upscale inclusions continue, as the home comes with eight beach chairs, SUP boards and boogie boards for outdoor fun. Spend some time out on the sand playing beach volleyball, as a private staircase leads directly from the home to the sand for fun in the sun. Choose to enjoy some of the best of Palmilla, or stay poolside, as tall palm trees and lush tropical landscaping combine to make a stay at Villa las Abejas feel more like staying in the luxury of your own privileged resort.

The home also features an upper terrace with additional seating for taking in sweeping views of the water and sand. All three bedrooms provide ocean views, while the primary bedroom adds access to a private terrace. As a bonus for families, the villa's den supplies even more space for a small child, as it includes a twin trundle pullout bed with access to a shared bath. Close to the prestigious One&Only Hotel and Palmilla Golf Club, the luxury neighborhood capitalizes on a premiere address in Los Cabos, as the gated community offers easy access to some of the region's best options, both on and off the water.

Property has Beach chairs and Umbrellas, Two Stand Up Paddle Boards, and various boogie boards for the beach. Please inquire about having a custom fire pit dug into the sand in front of the home for your stay. This is an amazing way to spend the evenings on the beach under the stars!

Includes a Mexican Cook and Butler for breakfast and lunch service, available between 7am and 2pm. Offer valid for new 2025 reservations only. Butler service is for 5 hours and must be used in one continuous block. Groceries not included. Dinner can be arranged for an additional fee.
