- The LIVING ROOM is outfitted with comfortable seating set across from a large Smart TV with cable channels and the capability to connect to your own streaming accounts. This space has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that give access to the lanai.

- Spacious and fully-equipped KITCHEN is equipped with updated appliances and a breakfast bar. Its proximity to the dining room means you never have to walk far to enjoy your snack, meal, or beverage.

- In the heart of the DINING ROOM sits a stylish table creating a cozy and inviting space where you can share good food accompanied by good conversation.

- The LANAI/Private Patio area is complete with patio furniture. Additionally, there are sun loungers and an inground POOL where you can cool off after a long day in the Florida sun. The pool can be heated for a fee.

The house itself is centrally located inside the lovely Bella Vida resort, which means guests have access to the amenities of the house and the community! Bella Vida Clubhouse with a pool, fitness center, walking trails, sports courts and a 15-acre area of lake space! The townhome is only 7 miles from the Walt Disney World Resort, plus nearby many of the other popular theme parks and attractions in the area as well as easy access to a dazzling array of restaurants, golf courses and outlet shopping malls and more. Other Things to Note:
The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.

The BBQ grill is at this property but the propane gas refill is not included. You can rent one, please let us know ahead of time.

We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, like paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, and shampoo. Please note these items are not replenished.

There is no daily cleaning, but if you’d like to arrange for our cleaning service to come in and tidy up, we can arrange it for a fee. Please let us know in advance.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $400 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the door keypad. The access code will be sent within 24 hours of your arrival.
