What a truly wonderful vacation place. We brought a large family with multiple children, and we couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. The trailer was very clean, the outdoor space was tidy with a nice gazebo over a picnic table. We had deck chairs and a table for our use. The hosts had the camper set up for our family, with the extra beds all made up, and extra towels to accommodate our family size. The campground was friendly, and very comfortable with lots of fun things for our kids to do. The pond was a favorite, as were the two playgrounds. The hosts were very hospitable, making sure that we were comfortable. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were enjoying our stay. The hosts helped make our stay just that much more enjoyable! The driving distance to Ottawa was within reasonable driving distance; we made several trips to visits the sights while in Ottawa.We would 100% recommend staying at SDD Campground for anyone looking for a getaway in the outskirts of Ottawa!
