Property was well situated and very clean .Fenced in backyard is great for our dog. Outside would have required spring landscaping maintenance.Some plumbing fixture spouts required maintenance, they are all loose, had to tight one by hand but could not tight it enough due to access issue.I would without hesitation rent this property again.Owner replied to some inquiry within 8 hrs

House in Rockland.

House was exactly as described. Very nice location. Clean. Listing was totally inaccurate as far as location. Took multiple phone calls to Vrbo and landlord to get actual address, as address in Vrbo was not accurate. Once contacted, landlord was excellent and very responsive. Wish Vrbo was more helpful.

Large house, very comfortable

We were a total of 8 people who stayed at the house (3 adults, 5 kids) and it was great. Nice to have 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms for a large group. Tony was very responsive. I accidentally assumed there was a bbq and when I inquired on-site, he said he didn’t have one at the house but could provide one the next day. We declined as it really wasn’t necessary but he would have supplied it had we needed it. Overall a great stay.

Enjoyed our stay there .

The only real issue I had is the temperature in the Condo when I got there . It was 26.5c in the house and since it was a Nest programmed thermostat . I texted the owner and he did respond quickly but is answer was it will take a little time for it to get lower . I then asked him why it was not programmed for it to be a nice of 22 Celsius . I did not agree with is answer . But the house was nice and lots room and a great location to accès all in the Area .
