This large and spacious beach house has beautiful sea & country views from large decks and massive open plan living areas. The upper level has surrounding decks and floor to ceiling windows giving a felling of 360 degree panoramic views. The modern kitchen has stone benches, new European appliances and is well equipped with appliances, kitchen and dinning ware. The lounge area has a large relaxing leather lounge with an open fireplace for cozy cold evening. There are 2 dining areas, and a 3/4 pool table equipped with cues and accessories and billiards and pool balls.
The lower level has 4 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms and a well equiped full laundry leading onto an outside deck and a hot and cold shower for after beach time
The property has a very large and high ceiling carport room for 2 large vehicles and additional parking space for two cars.

We searched the Victorian coastline for the perfect spot to build our beach house. Smith Beach on Phillip Island was perfect! Smith Beach is a small estate with exceptional and safe beaches. We built the beach house 24 years ago - taking advantage of the panoramic views sea and country.
Phillip Island provided a wealth of activities, wildlife viewing, eating out, fresh seafood off the boats, cycling and so much more.

The magnificent views, easy open design, accessibility to the beach, floor to ceiling window and huge decks. Our house is on 2 levels - the top floor is one huge room, 100 sqm surrounded by 50 meters of decking - a place to gather and spots for quite contemplation. The pool table is always a winner and the open fire place special in the winter months. The kitchen blends in to the open plan room seamlessly, two large dining areas and comfortable leather lounges.
The lower level has 4 large bedrooms, a study area, 2 large bathrooms and a well equipped laundry. The lower deck is north facing perfect to get towels dry and washing off in the hot and cold shower after the beach.
Parking for 4 cars on the property, two in the car port and 2 beside.
