Great house, eight minute walk to the beach.Pet friendly which meant our dog could come, he loved it.

Great location

We had a nice stay over the Australia Day long weekend. There were 6 adults and 3 kids under 4 years in our party. There was plenty of space for us all. Excellent outdoor areas and yard space for us to kick around a ball. Proximity to beach and other Phillip Isand attractions made this a great location.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay. We paid an additional fee for linen, which we’ve never had to do before, yet there were no towels or bed linen ready when we arrived. The house was also not clean, with dog hair throughout the carpets, doors and microwave not clean,making it seem like it hadn’t been properly cleaned before our arrival. The property is in need of maintenance, with loose or missing handrails and a BBQ that was too rusty to use. Overall, it did not meet our expectations.

Convenient location, clean rooms, reasonable price, and the staff were very responsive and helpful. However, there were a couple of issues during our stay. For a family group of 7 people, the hot water supply was not sufficient for everyone to shower consecutively. We had to wait around 2 hours for the water heater to recover. Also, while the water heater was being boosted to heat up the water, the house electricity was briefly reset for around 10 seconds suddenly Overall, the house was comfortable and well located, but the hot water capacity and electrical system could be improved, especially for larger groups. Besides, if there is a Dishwasher will be a plus
