Tres pisos de cocina gourmet, sala y comedor, una habitación y baño en el piso superior, y habitaciones y baños restantes en los dos niveles inferiores. Restaurado a principios del siglo XX interior. Cerca hay una escalera pública con 123 escalones que conducen al Parque de la Ciudad. 176MT

Great location overlooking the harbor. We had people with plenty of space.Hired a taxi from the ferry for less than 20 the first day then a short (but steep) walk back and forth the rest of the time.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The deck was a highlight, such a great space to relax and spend time outside. The kitchen was also fully stocked, which made it easy to cook and feel at home.The bottom floor could definitely use some updating. It felt quite musty, and the carpet had a noticeable wet smell. The beds and pillows were also a bit worn and could use replacing.Overall, we had a great experience and appreciated the home, especially the upper level, where we ended up spending most of our time. The positives definitely made the stay enjoyable, despite the rooms that need improvement.

Our family had an amazing time. We really enjoyed hanging out on the deck. The home had a lot of charm. The neighborhood was great and quiet and the view was absolutely amazing.

Host was welcoming and gave us great directions. Climbing the stairs to the property is well-worth the view. Only request for next time would be a working dishwasher.

This property was beautiful. It has everything needed to have a wonderful stay. I would suggest taking a taxi/cart to the location, as it is a long walk with luggage up stairs. Otherwise, the view is amazing!

Great location with a fantastic view

House was quirky and fun with lots of rooms for kiddos to explore! Great kitchen for cooking at home and a deck with a view you cannot beat! Highly recommended!

Catalina Marathon Weekend

Even though the weather wasn’t great, we were able to enjoy the large house and incredible view of the harbor and casino. I highly recommend this house for a large group. We come to Avalon every year and we definitely want to rent this house again.

Spectacular View

We love staying at this house, we spent the majority of our time on the deck enjoying the view. This house is perfect for family and friends, especially if you just want to hang out on the deck and enjoy the view. It would be even better if you had a golf cart since town is a bit far and there are a ton of stairs.

The view makes the climb up the 158 stairs completely worth it. As soon as you step inside, you're greeted by a stunning panoramic view of Avalon. The house is three stories tall and worked wonderfully for our family.The main level features a convenient bedroom and bathroom right off the kitchen, perfect for my dad. The lower second level has Jack-and-Jill bedrooms, each with its own deck overlooking the water, plus a full bathroom and an alcove room with bunk beds. The lowest level is home to the master bedroom and another full bathroom.Overall, our stay was excellent. The house is older, so the carpet could use a deep cleaning or updating, and some of the bedding and pillows could be refreshed. That said, the kitchen was very well-equipped, we cooked breakfast every morning and dinner a couple of times. The rest of our meals were enjoyed in town.Helpful tips: Bring your own beach towels and be prepared to do a lot of walking. Note that rented golf carts are not allowed on Middle Terrace Road. We used Ride Circuit for transportation a few times, it worked well one evening, but they close at 9:00 pm and can be very busy in the mornings.Highly recommend this home for its incredible views and great layout!

Getting Away

This weekend laughing, playing and loving was exactly what was missing for us, our two sons and their families. We lived on the balcony with its magical view while having our coffee and meals. This home was comfortable, relaxing and met our needs perfectly. Everyone wants to come back :).

It’s all about the view with this location. The outdoor balcony is the whole reason one would enjoy this location. Which we did indeed. Inside benefits were number of available beds. However structure is a bit archaic in design and we found the WiFi connection poor and number of available electrical outlets extremely limited. Many of the outlets that we were able to find were poor, not allowing firm plug ins. Outdoor heaters were non-operational. Overall we loved our stay but structure could use some upgrades, especially in this day and age where internet connectivity and charging needs are vital

View was amazing! However, the property smelled musty and the carpet on the bottom 2 floors was dirty. It seems like there may have been previous water damage that needs to be fixed by either the owner or property management company. House was a bit out dated. Needs some TLC.

Great for a large family or group

This property is great for a large group. It's an old house with lots of character. Kitchen is updated enough to cook with ease. The view is by far one of the best on the island. Dinner on the deck is a must during your stay. The ONLY drawback for some will be the location. You need a golf cart if you are not inclined to take the public staircase. If you're a group who exercises, your stairclimb is worked into your day, of not, get a golfcart for your stay. The view and comfort for our large family was worth every step!

A very special property

We rented this home to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with our immediate family. While at the house, we spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the stunning view. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds and bathrooms were plentiful. A long staircase just down the street led directly into town, where we all found various activities to enjoy. A wonderful memory we'll all savor for a long time to come!
