- This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.

- All-wheel or four-wheel drive is recommended when renting this home in the winter months.

- The garage is not available for guests.

The house was perfect for us. The location was great being close shopping and easy drive to ski. The kitchen was great and everything we needed for cooking some meals. We had 3 teenagers and the enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. We would love to stay here again.

Amazing house!

Staying in this house made our trip even more memorable! The house was SO well appointed and beautifully decorated. The hot tub and fire pit were extra special bonuses! The beds were so comfortable, and the overall space was fantastic! I'd come back to Santa Fe just to stay in this house again. The Property Mgt company was very responsive to my million questions before the trip and even when I arrived. Fantastic house!

Clean, Beautiful Home in Santa Fe

This home met all of our expectations. The property management was very responsive to all of our questions, and the check-in process was easy. The home is very close to restaurants, stores and anything else you would need. When we didn’t feel like driving, it was easy to get a Uber to dinner and back home again. The home is nicely appointed, and the beds are comfortable. I would definitely recommend this home and stay again the next time I am in Santa Fe.

Thanksgiving Retreat

Had a great time at this beautiful, quiet, fully stocked, property. We even cooked dinner for our family one night and enjoyed the hot tub. The steam shower was also a hit with my husband. Very close to the plaza for the tree lighting, and close to 599 for access to the rest of the city. Snowed while we were there, and the roads were a little rough getting out, 4-wheel drive was needed. It was beautifully decorated with pieces from local artists, but very modern. Very homey, comfortable, and stylish.

Two Casitas

Property was pretty new. The single issue which kept the property from being much better was the numerous appliances in the home without any instruction manuals, i.e. coffeemaker, ice maker, shower steam, outside lights.
