The small cabin studio was a perfect spot for us to rest our heads while cheering on family members doing the mammoth march at Letchworth State Park. Plenty of room, had everything we needed with room for our dogs to roam. Very clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay again.

Good location for visiting Letchworth SP. Home was nicely furnished with an unfenced yard for our dog. The house is located close to SR19 so expect some traffic noise. The TV does not have cable or satellite but does include AppleTV for streaming. You will need your passwords for Netflix etc. Overall a nice stay.

Thank you for the kind words and for sharing these details for future guests! We're glad the location worked well for exploring Letchworth State Park and that the home's furnishings and Pet-friendly yard suited your stay. We appreciate the note about the road noise and the AppleTV setup, and we're happy those small details didn't take away from an overall nice experience. We're so glad you and your pup had a great time!

It was exactly what we needed - a short distance from Houghton U. Our gps got us lost. We were able to leave a phone message for the host explaining our dilemma. James reached out to us by phone and talked us all the to our rental!

Convenient and Cozy!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin. Everything we needed was there(towels, dishes, coffee and other conveniences) and it is very close to our son’s school-Houghton University. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in town.

Great Stay

We were dropping off our daughter at Houghton University and needed to find a place for a couple of days. This property was perfect. Very clean and well equipped for our stay. We had a small self induced problem while we were there and the owner was quick to help us. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Winter hideaway

This tiny home is so cozy! We hinkered down inside due to the weather, but it was perfect! The kitchen is well stocked. The island was the perfec spot for our puzzle. Our dog was comfortable and welcome by the owners.

Great little place to stay when traveling or visiting the area with your puppers!! Everything you need is right there including a great yard for walking the dogs and a 2 mile trail (out and back) only yards away for more exercise. Very comfortable and clean. Only thing I feel obligated to mention is lack of contact with host who we reached out to twice by email and phone and our attempts to get assistance were never responded to. Luckily we were able to resolve issues on our own. Otherwise I would highly recommend!!

We had a terrific extended stay. The property was centrally located to everything we were doing. Letchworth State Park was about a half hour away and is a must see.Communication with the owner was excellent. The property is located on a road that can get a little busy during the day, but that didn’t affect our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area!

So glad to hear you had a terrific extended stay and found the location so central to everything, including that must-see trip to Letchworth State Park. It's wonderful to know communication was excellent throughout your visit. Hearing that you'd stay again if you're back in the area means a lot to us and is exactly the kind of experience we hope every guest has.
