Relax and create precious memories year-round in this 4 season Lakehouse on Pigeon Lake. This well maintained cottage provides you with a breath-taking view of the lake with calm shoreline. The highlight of this retreat is a luxurious seasonal hot tub allowing you to unwind and soak in the natural beauty.
Ideal location for water sports including two kayaks, fishing right off the dock and 10mins from the town of Bobcaygeon. Enjoy entertaining at the outdoor tiki bar with friends and family!
The space
This spacious Lakehouse has been enhanced with a sunroom and a dining room providing you with a breath-taking view of the lake. Excellent sized eat-in kitchen with ample counter space and plenty of cabinetry. An abundance of storage space in the large bedroom closets and in the basement. The lower level is finished with large windows, two rooms, second bathroom and a laundry room. The landscaping is absolutely magical!
