Such a beautiful home

We had a fantastic time at Rosegum, the house is incredible on such a beautiful piece of land. Everything was very clean and organised. We had so much fun with our group of friends. Highly recommend!

Lazy Rainy Days

The perfect location to explore the region and get away from it all. The property is stunning to say the least and the hosts generous and wonderful.We will return to what feels like a home away from home sooner rather than later.

The living spaces are spacious and tastefully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The home is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and clean bathrooms. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor space, which features a lovely patio with seating and a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape.The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met throughout my stay. Country bliss

Rose Gum retreat is a wonderful, relaxing getaway location. The design of the house is comfortable, open, airy and sunlit throughout the day. The view to the range is mesmerising as the light changes through the day and provides for some spectacular sunsets. The house is also well stocked with crockery and glassware and a pantry with handy food items. It is only a 7 minute drive into Bellingen which has a wonderful variety restaurants, pubs and cafes in addition to the wonderful array of crafty outlets. Finally, our host, Alison, was excellent to deal with from early questions and some booking changes through to payments and access to the property. We will stay again if visiting the area in the future.

Birthday celebrations

Peaceful area. A great hide away. Everything supplied plus reserves. Hosts were contactable if needed. Kitchen, Bar-B-Que had what you need. Beds were comfy. We enjoyed our stay.

Stunning Property with Mountain Views

We loved this property with its amazing views and privacy. The house was spacious and very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed the bottle of champagne left for us and appreciated the earlier check in after driving for most of the morning in torrential rain. We had a wonderful 4 days bushwalking in Dorrigo National, exploring Bellingen and relaxing at the house. The black cockatoos in the morning, the visiting possum at night that clung to the bedroom flyscreen and the sunsets and night stars were highlights. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Wow what a house

This was an amazing house, beautifully designed and built with timber. The view was great and there was a Koala in a tree in the garden. Very comfortable and well equipped a joy to cook in this kitchen. And the owners Alison and Roger gave us a tour of the Timber Dryery which was a wonderful surprise.

Fantastic Weekend Stay!

This place is absolutely amazing, both the house itself and the location. It was presented to the highest standard and everything was catered for from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms, everything you could think of was supplied. The location is breath taking and we could have spent the entire w'end on the balcony looking over the mountains! Do yourself a favour and definitely consider this place for a quiet getaway and also only a short trip from Coffs Harbour.

Beautiful

My friend and l enjoyed both the serenity and privacy of this stay, We enjoyed the alfresco dining on the large terrasse facing the rainforest and mountain, as well as full use of the amenities in the kitchen. While it was only two of us this place can really cater for large group. The pictures do not do this place justice. You are just 10min from Bellingen but at same time feel lost in the middle on nowhere I look forward to visit again Bellingen and stay there. Thank you again Allison for being so flexible with our dates and booking. Nico

Peaceful Paradise

Lovely house, airy and light. Beautiful view to the mountains and everything we needed. Close to town but wonderfully quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again soon. Would def recommend.
