An expansive screened-in porch is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating and a picnic table for al fresco dining. It overlooks the fully enclosed, 12x26 private saltwater pool below.

When you're not dining out, prepare meals in the updated kitchen with stainlesss steel appliances and a center island with bar seating. Two queen bedrooms share a renovated Jack-and-Jill bath, and a king bedroom and bunk bedroom have access to a second full bath in the hall.

Located at Milepost 19.5 where the beaches are wide and uncrowded, Pleasant Seaprise offers the tranquility of the all-residential South Nags Head area while still being just a short drive away from grocery stores, shopping and dining. Take a short drive or bike ride north to the Outer Banks Fishing Pier and Fish Head's Bar and Grill, where you can order food and drinks on the oceanfront while listening to live music. You'll be just 3 miles from Coquina Beach and the 4x4 beaches, part of the Cape Hatteras National Seashore and a favorite local spot for fishing and surfing. From there, explore Bodie Island Lighthouse or hop on a ferry for a day trip to Ocracoke.
