Wonderful space! Super clean, modern, and comfortable. Beautiful, safe neighborhood with quick and easy access to lake, downtown, and Western. Great communication with owner. Highly recommended!
This is one of the best appointed apartments that I’ve ever stayed in on VRBO. So nicely decorated and comfortable, you couldn’t need anything more! This downstairs apartment
My husband, our baby, and dog stayed here for one night and it was a very comfortable and clean space. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Thanks for staying at Lookout Terrace. We loved having you!
This property is super accessible to town, has a view of the lake, and has everything you need to make it a comfortable stay. It was extremely clean as well! While this is below the primary residence, it was quiet and the host Beverly was excellent. I would stay here again and recommend it for anyone else looking for a quiet place to stay!

Perfect escape!
Such a comfy spot! The view was gorgeous and we had lots of room to spread out & relax!
The place is immaculate! I loved all the furnishings and cooper ware.. very classy! We had a great time checking out Bellingham and the whole area! Thank you for hosting us!
Spacious & peaceful stay close to biking/hiking trails.
Our family of 4 & our dog loved our stay! With 3 bedrooms, a roomy living space, and a beautiful outdoor area to relax & look at the view, we enjoyed our time at the VRBO and our time on the nearby hiking & biking trails. The host was so accommodating and friendly which is such a bonus! We hope to come back again!
Besides being the most welcoming hosts ever… the space was thoughtful, peaceful, clean, and relaxing. Views of the lake from the cute little outdoor area. Great for walking. We were there for a month due to delays on our new home construction. It was such a gift to have landed there with these hosts and this magical spot. Thanks again for making it so comfortable for us!!!!
We had a mostly wonderful stay. The first night we arrived the owners were hosting a birthday party in their home upstairs and it was incredibly loud in the downstairs apartment. We had driven 8.5 hours that day and to end the first day of our vacation with that and a five and seven yo who then couldn’t fall asleep was not ideal. I would recommend blocking that night for rent rather than have guests. The remainder of our time was nice and it was not noisy. The space was clean and had the basic amenities we needed. It is also near bike trails and swimming. The kitchen is small and only has a hot plate, toaster oven and microwave so we did minimal cooking at the house.

We're glad to hear you enjoyed the clean space and convenient location. The homeowner would like to share the following:We let you know in advance that we would be hosting a birthday gathering and assured you it would end by quiet hours. We wrapped things up around 9:30 p.m. We completely understand that after a long travel day, a quiet night would have been ideal, and we're sorry the timing wasn't more restful for your family. We’re glad the rest of your stay was enjoyable and appreciate your thoughtful feedback.
All of us coming from different places meeting up for holiday cheer. The owner heard it was a holiday get together and was so kind to make the place cozy and cheery, even a beautiful full size Christmas tree set up for us! Large bedrooms with fireplaces! The family room space is large and every seat is comfortable.Great entertainment set up with surround sound was perfect for holiday movies. Cute yard and outdoor table top fire place perfect for night time conversations. Our old black lab Jack was happy too. Highly recommend this place. It has a happy wonderful energy and everything you might need.
I normally don’t give reviews but I’ve been roped into this by Evolve and VRBO, they say they’re rating me and I can read once I’ve reviewed. The place was great but I don’t like their tactics. The pendulum swings both ways, now to see if they post this and my rating..,
We really enjoyed this property. We were touring the Bellingham area and this was a nice spot to hang out. Quiet neighborhood, nice view. Very clean and well appointed. Full compliment of nice kitchen supplies & gadgets. Used the grill and fire table - nice perks. Great communication from hosts - friendly, attentive & responsive to any questions. Lots of material for touring options on site and hosts were quick to provide suggestions. Three additional notes: Careful driving through the neighborhood - lots of deer just milling around. Kitchen sink & counter are small so keep things tidy. Finally, if you use the grill, check the underside of the grill lid handle - those Pacific slugs are large and it's a bit unnerving when you inadvertently wrap your hand around one!
