The property is beautiful but unfortunately who ever looks after it needs a shake up Bins full of dirty mouldy rubbish , inside Rubbish in the annex the dryer could not fit anymore lint In it was chock o block full . The water tray was overflowing, the lawn was overgrown, dirty chilling boards and toaster and fridge . The dishwasher was not unpacked . Unfortunate as the house is very beautiful and practical it’s lovely. The cleaner needs sacking ….

I was horrified that the cleaner had left our property in this state. I have always had cleaners that are in line to the high standards that I have for cleaning this property. I have had this property on short term rental for 4 years and never have I had this. I manage this home remotely but have strict cleaning guides around the home. In this instance it definitely was not followed. I have actioned this accordingly and want to assure you that it will never happen again. I am truly sorry that this happened and would have appreciated you contacting me once discovered on day 1 so I could of actioned it for you but I was not made aware of the concerns until after check out. This does not excuse the poor cleaning in this instance. I have offered Sarah some complimentary nights.

Country hospitality

What a wonderful house, so well appointed with everything you could want for the perfect stay. Our first trip to Parkes but definitely not our last. High quality appliances and everything to make our stay perfect. Great communication with Angela made our stay seamless. Will definitely be staying at this property again. Thankyou
