With 4 bedrooms, 4 king beds, and 2 queen pull-out sofas, it comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests—perfect for families and friends. The property is a duplex (2 side by side units) and you will have access to both units each with their own separate entrance, kitchen, laundry area and a very private backyards one with heated pool and hot tub and one with a Hot Tub. There is a large driveway where you can park up to FIVE cars during your stay. There is a Ring Camera by the front door for extra security.

Check in is completely self-done! There is a keypad on the front door to allow easy access.

Our house can accommodate a maximum of 12 people. No more than 12 people are allowed to stay overnight at the property.

Please respect the neighbors, quiet hours are 10pm – 8am every day.

Absolutely NO parties.
No smoking inside the house.
A maximum of five cars are allowed to park in the driveway.

PET POLICY

1 small pet allowed (no cats) with a non-refundable $100 pet fee. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Please let us know in advance if you're bringing any animals.

BBQ GAS GRILL / KITCHEN OVEN

Our property offers a gas grill for your enjoyment, perfect for outdoor cooking. Please note, guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after each use and before check-out. If the grill is not cleaned to a satisfactory standard, a cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted from the deposit. The same policy applies to the kitchen oven. Thank you for helping us maintain these amenities for all to enjoy!

Use of the Hot Tub is at your own risk.
Children in the hot tub must be supervised by an adult at all times.
