The cottage was well maintained in a very nice location on the lake, the fact it was pet friendly made our life easy. As well everything was labeled and all the necessities were available. A great place to get away from it all.

Great family vacation stay

The property was perfect for our family getaway! It has everything we needed and the view was beautiful! Would definitely stay there again!

Clean property. Almost everything you need for a cottage stay was readily available. Lots of labels on doors and cabinets so you didn’t need to look around for needed items. The property was large and allowed for lots of space to enjoy different activities ( fire pit, badminton, etc.). The lake is great for water activities. Overall a very nice spot.

The cottage was great. Clean and well organized. Don't jump off the concrete deck, its not safe. There were no wood left for the exterior fire pit. Besides these, the stay was awesome.Thank you

Peaceful and relaxing

Offered much more than we had expected. Very clean and comfortable. Also very spacious. Unfortunately the area is on a drought so the swimming was not that great. Otherwise..perfect. we are contemplating going back next year.

Lovely place

We went there for Christmas with our kids and friend. Place is clean, charming. Lot of stuff for kids, toys, games, books, plastic dishes, high chair. Living room is spacious, with view on lake. The fire place works great, quiet area with a small convenience store a little further. You'll have to drive around 40 minutes to do your groceries. One of our best stay !!

Fantastic spot for a family

We had a great stay from August 20-27. We chose this spot as it was close to family in the area and we wanted to be able to base ourselves close to them while also being within an hour or so of a lot of Halifax, Peggy's Cove, etc. The cottage was a great size, with lots of space for our family to relax and spread out. The kitchen was very well-appointed. The outdoor space was just wonderful - we enjoyed a campfire almost every night, and during the day the kids spent hours in the paddleboat checking out the shoreline. If we are back in the area, we will definitely check to see if this cottage is available!

The property is exactly as described. Having a fully stocked kitchen with everything you might need was super helpful. The outside atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. The ATV trails can be easily accessed right from the property, which was super convenient. As the write up says; it can be very warm upstairs however there are celing fans over all of the beds and standing fans beside the beds. The kids (13-23) all said the fans made for a comfortable nights sleep! AC downstairs works great and the master bed is very comfortable. Neighbors are all very friendly, however the property is quite large so you can easily keep to yourself if you'd prefer. The instructions and information from the host were simple and easy to follow/understand. Overall, great place to get away!

Kazi was very responsive! The cottage itself was amazing. It was spacious and the property and waterfront are bar none. Such a beautiful location. Having multiple rooms to choose from was a real treat as well. Large common room. Having use of the paddle boat was a huge plus! Only challenge for us was the water. While it stated it was potable and had a slight smell, the smell was strong. You could smell the metallic smell on your hands after washing. We also did a load of laundry of lights (not seeing the label that was on the main frame of the laundry not on the top of it (it is a top loader) so it ruined a load of laundry. Covered in huge orange spots. When we saw what it did to the laundry, on top of the smell, we were not going to drink it. It also smells badly of Sulphur when you did a load of laundry or had a hot shower. This place would be phenomenal if they fixed the water issue!

We did genuinely like the house. When we arrived it was very hot in the house. It has a beautiful full kitchen and bathroom. It is fully stocked for a family with kids. The property is beautiful! The bed upstairs was very firm. . . It is far down a gravel road. There is a lovely convenience store with gas, groceries and pizza at the end of the road. There were deer on our last day. It was a central location to visit Lunenberg and Bay of Fundy.
