We sincerely apologize for the maintenance issues you experienced, including the slow-draining bathtub and dead remote batteries. While these may seem like small inconveniences, we understand how frustrating they can be during a stay. We’ll be sure to share these concerns with our maintenance team so they can be addressed. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the single beach-access fob.
