Upgraded, traditional-style apartment with balcony overlooking golf course.
Attractive, first-floor apartment with balcony and built-in barbecue with good views over 18 hole golf course.
2 minutes walk from the golf club house, padel and pickelball courts and driving range. A quiet shared private swimming pool is right next to the apartment. 2 sets of golf clubs are included for free use. A beautiful sandy beach, with a beach bar at either end, is only a 20 minute walk or a few minutes drive away. Local shops and bar/restaurants are a 10 minute walk or 1-1.5 km. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms - one master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower; the second bedroom has 2 single beds and 2nd bathroom with shower. Both bathrooms have been recently completely refurbished. The living and dining area has 2 comfortable leather settees, digital flat screen TV, DVD and CD player, radio, dining table seating 4. There is also free WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster and all crockery. There is a remote-controlled sun blind over the balcony and there is a dedicated parking space in front of the apartment.
We provide guests with a discount card giving 25% off the normal full price for a round of golf, a game of padel or pickelball.

Nigel and Sheila, have owned the property for around 14 years. We bought it after staying with Sheila's parents who rented an apartment in the same community for a number of years and who loved the proximity to both the golf course and the sea. We liked the location so much ourselves, we looked into buying an apartment and this it is! We, family and friends visit for a number of weeks every year when we can.
Why they chose this property
With great views over the golf course, the apartment is very close to the private shared pool. There is a dedicated parking outside. The beach with cafe/bar is only 2 km or 5 minutes drive away.
What makes this property unique
With traditional Spanish features, the property is fully equipped and well maintained; the 2 bathrooms have been recently upgraded. There is a BBQ on the balcony and there is free WiFi. We have a local management agent who can help with any advice needed.
