Okay as we mostly ate out. Stayed with my son’s family that has 14 month old and kindergartener and there is a spiral staircase that was challenging to walk down and high risk for falls
We booked this home for our base during the Courthouse Lighting weekend. Location was perfect! We were able to walk to the courthouse and all of downtown. The house was perfect! The downstairs bedroom was great for the group of college kids that were with us. The living room fit the teens, and the upstairs bedroom was comfy for my husband and I. Everything we needed was there. It really was a great stay!
I cannot say enough nice things about this house! This is our second visit. We come from the Valley for the courthouse lighting. It is an easy walk to downtown and I love having a grocery store so close. Everything we need is there. This year, we even got treated to a very nice Christmas Tree and an elf! The host is very responsive and wonderful to work with. I would recommend this home to adults only or families. It is wonderful!
We come out to Prescott to play golf once a year and we’d like to stay close to the downtown area. This was in nice close proximity. Everything was updated and was in really good shape.

Beautiful home
My stay was peaceful. I took a mini trip to Prescott to get away from the heat to enjoy my birthday along with my brothers birthday, as well as Mother’s Day. The house was beautiful! It was quiet. The only issue I had was, this is NOT A PET FRIENDLY HOME! The owner noticed on the cameras I had my little dog with us and informed me to pay a pet fee in order to stay the entire weekend. My fault, I didn’t notice this when I booked it. The owner however was nice enough to let us stay. Loved the creek in the back. Nice experience. First time in Prescott!
