This classic cutie checks all the boxes for a perfect getaway to Paradise, just a short stroll from world-class restaurants, famous bars, shopping and museums. This is an ideal location for living your authentic island life, close to all the exciting action yet tucked into a quiet and colorful neighborhood.
***PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE

DETAILS & AMENITIES…
Slip inside this spacious residence that boasts an open floor plan, perfect for entertaining loved ones. As you enter, you are greeted by the living room, outfitted with a plush sofa, cushioned chairs and a large tv for all your viewing enjoyment. The gorgeous kitchen adjoins the living area, offering a pantry, stainless steel appliances and dining table. An abundance of kitchen counter space and well-stocked cabinets invite you to unleash your culinary skills while enjoying the conversation of loved ones who surround you in this cozy space. Tropical sunlight spills into the home from large glass doors that lead you to your private backyard oasis. A utility room hosts a full size washer / dryer for use during your stay. This home offers a live streaming service for your tv enjoyment.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
A king bedroom resides privately on one side of the home with a chest of drawers and walk-in closet. On the other side, there is a queen bedroom with an ensuite shower bathroom, chest of drawers and spacious closet. The third bedroom offers a twin bedroom (can be converted to a king), with chest of drawers and closet. Another full shower bathroom resides step away for everyone's convenience. A living room queen sofa sleeper allows for additional sleeping arrangements.

OUTDOOR LIVING…
A large pool will delight your family for hours on end as balmy breezes sift through lush landscaping. The pool comes heated in the winter months and has the option of being chilled during warmer months. Delight in the refreshing experience of an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Toss dinner on the grill and dine al fresco at the outdoor table and seating.

PARKING...
This home does not have designated parking but there is on street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Please refrain from parking in spots marked “residential”. Guests may also park at the Old Town Parking Garage which allows daily and monthly rates.

PETS...
This home allows for pets and a pet fee is required. Please either inquire prior to booking, or make sure to check the box that you are bringing a pet when booking, AND include size, breed, and age of the pet in Comments/Special Requests.

MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS...
For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH:
Mid-stay clean
Pool/hot tub heating fee (if applicable)

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).

Absolutely Perfect!!!

WOW!!! We looked and looked and we were so lucky to find this property. The house had just been completely updated and so so very nice! Decorated exactly how we expected a Key West house to be and had everything we possibly needed. The bedrooms and closets were spacious, the kitchen was open and so beautiful, the pantry was huge, and the bathrooms were awesome! Now let me tell you about what made this house so great...the pool and backyard was our favorite part. The pool was the perfect size, plenty deep and very well kept, and the back yard was all artificial grass - stunning. Needless to say we spent a lot of time in that pool! I can't believe we were able to find all of this AND be in the location we were in. Literally walking distance to everything we love about Key West. 4 blocks to Duval and less than 2 blocks from the amphitheater and Truman Waterfront Park...you can even walk to Fort Zachary Taylor State Park. The check-in process was easy and the property manager, Theresa, was super responsive and took such good care of us...she made us feel special! We've been to Key West a bunch of times but we will never go back and stay anywhere else!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the house, which had an odd layout, was a little tough for us old-timers, had a slummy-looking half-wrecked building across the street covered with ugly grafitti and a liong line of trash bins. In general, the location was convenient if you ignore the TOTAL LACK OF PARKING and proximity to Key West's poorest bario.The TVs were VERY HARD to use and figure out, causing us to give up for most of the time.Beware. However, the Truman Property Manager was a little obtuse - did not voluntarily greet us at our arrival and couldn't really explain the TV and, finally, was snitty about our check-out time of noon, rather than 10 AM, after a 7-week stay. Disappointed in Truman with her. Also, there seemed to be a bewildering array of different people to work with, some in other states! Renter Be Advised!-

Willis we appreciate you taking the time to review your stay with us and had hopped your extended stay meant you had a better experience than this 3 star review describes. After going through our records and discussing it with our team, I would like to correct the issues you listed. 1/ The building across the street is being renovated. Although the city is very strict about conserving original aspects of each constructions in old town this building will soon be restored to its beauty. 2/ We are very transparent about all aspects of our rentals and although open parking is usually not an issue in this neighborhood we give all our guests the facts about rules enforced in town including moving your car every 72h to avoid getting a ticket which I understand you did not do. 3/ Pressing the "input" button on the smart TV remote would take anyone out of the prefered cable settings and the issue kept happening despite our property manager explaining it to you. 4/ Our guests arrive at all times of the afternoon and night. Our property managers, although only a simple phone call away, cannot be waiting for everyone at the door. We understood this was a problem for you so Shana was kind enough to welcome you in person. She went above and beyond by helping you unload your large vehicle into the house but drew the line when you asked her to put away groceries for you. That is simply not her job. 5/ The cleaning crew has a tight schedule. We want to make sure each of our properties are impeccable clean for each of our guests. You refused to respect the 10am check out listed in the contract you signed and threw a fit about leaving much later that day. 6/ Yes some members of our team work remotely. I am everyday thankful to my employer for allowing me to keep my job despite having to move away from Key West due to my husband's military career. Our team is made of long time employees dedicated to make our guests' stay as enjoyable as humanly possible.
