Relaxing.

On the strip of Siesta Key that was in walking distance of restaurants and the beach. Breeze shuttle access. Room had chairs and umbrella for the beach. Upstairs neighbors were VERY loud with footsteps and laundry till midnight. Neighbors beside had a barking dog. (Out of owners control)

Absolutely Perfect Siesta Key Getaway!

Aloha House was the perfect Siesta Key getaway! The condo was spotless, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved relaxing on the screened-in patio and how easy it was to walk to the beach. The location is ideal, close to Siesta Key Village but still quiet and peaceful. You can tell this place is well cared for, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again

Overall, the place was very nice and clean. However, there were a couple issues. The refrigerator/freezer was not making any ice or water the entirety of our stay. I reached out to the property manager on the second day of our stay about this issue, and they said they would send a technician but never did. I messaged back and forth repeatedly, and they assured me they would have a technician there to fix it. By the time we left on day 8, it was still not fixed. There were a couple smaller issues as well. The back sliding door did not lock but only had a piece of wood to secure the door from opening. The secondary bedroom door would not fully open and close when the murphy bed was pulled down. Very minimal amenities were provided like only 1 roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 7 night stay for 4 people. Finally, steps from Siesta Key Beach is a stretch as it is a good 25 minute walk or 10 minute trolley ride without traffic.

The delay in resolving the refrigerator issue is especially concerning, and we completely understand how frustrating this must have been—particularly after multiple follow-ups. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we are addressing this internally to ensure better follow-through moving forward. We also apologize for the concerns regarding the sliding door and bedroom door, as well as the inconvenience caused by the limited starter supplies. While we do provide an initial set of essentials to get guests settled, we understand how this may have fallen short for the length of your stay, and your feedback will help us reassess this. Regarding the distance to the beach, we’re sorry if this felt misrepresented. We aim to provide accurate descriptions, and we will review our listing details to ensure expectations are clearly set. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. We truly regret that your stay was impacted and hope you might consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide a much smoother and more enjoyable experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and fairly well equipped to cook dinner in. Our only complaint was that the site shows a 5 minute walk to the beach. Unfortunately because of not being able to access the beach directly across from us it required a fairly decent walk carrying all of our equipment. We eventually got the hang of the whole bussing thing which helped tremendously.

Siesta sunrises and sunsets

Quite yet close to all there is do. Clean and cute and great place to watch sunrises. Across the street for the beach and sunsets.

Frustrating

No WiFi for three days and four phone calls to property management. No communication with owner. Make sure to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, everything!

Good points: Bay view good kitchen great shower. tennis court and pool. Bad points: small closet with beach supplies crazy tight packing one broken beach chair. also none of our check information referred to bay oaks or had a unit #. we arrived late in the dark and had no way of finding “Aloha House”. better known as b-31. this was rather frustrating. we called “booking help” and the attendant who answered after phone tree waiting was able to tell us our unit number and how to find it. We thought we were at the entirely wrong complex. l am very thankful that a human answered who was able to help us out.

Aloha House is a charming condo in an unbeatable location. Located near the quieter south end of Siesta Key Village, it offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. You can easily walk to the beach as well as nearby bars and restaurants. My fav is Spearfish Grill, where the fish tacos are some of the freshest you'll find anywhere. Getting around is effortless thanks to the free Breeze Trolley and the Frog Hopper, both of which stop right in front of the complex and make trips to the main village quick and easy. The real star is the lanai—offering a truly million-dollar water view that's perfect for morning coffee ☕ and sunset cocktails 🍹. It's the kind of spot that makes you want to linger a little longer every day. 🌴🌅
