Perfect for backpackers or those studying at RMIT or Melbourne University, this pared-back studio offers a comfy sofa, TV and queen-size bed, while a kitchenette allows you to prepare simple meals at home. Dine or study at the dining table or head out to the enclosed patio to sip your morning coffee from one of the local cafes nearby.
If you don't mind climbing 20 stairs to access the studio, you'll definitely enjoy being in the midst of the buzz as you discover all the delicious flavours of Lygon Street and the convenience of being a stone’s throw from Carlton Gardens, Melbourne University and RMIT.

While the apartment lacks natural light, a vibrant colour palette creates a cosy space to relax. After a day of work or sightseeing, kick back on the sofa while you watch TV or settle in with a book. Lygon St. is notorious for heaps of excellent restaurants and cafes, especially really good international food. Head to Universal for a hearty Italian menu, while I Love Istanbul features a down-to-earth atmosphere the locals love. Craving Thai? Lemongrass will not disappoint. The Lincoln boasts of their craft beer and gastropub food or check out The Curtin for some live music.
