Wilson's Coastal Club - C1

This cottage is an accessible cottage and can be reached via a ramp from the paved parking area adjacent to it. It is a 3-bedroom cottage featuring a king, queen, and double bed. The cottage is equipped with two full bathrooms, one of which has an accessible shower. Its interior is open concept that includes the living, dining, and kitchen area. The cottage offers a propane fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and an on-deck BBQ with propane provided. Wi-Fi and Internet TV included.

Other things to note:

Wood-fired sauna operates on a first-come, first-served basis with other cottages. Sauna requires guests to sign waiver and purchase a tote of wood for $15 + taxes to use. Enjoy your wood-fired experience!

Additional Firewood can be purchased at the office within office hours. (Open Daily 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, excluding holidays) $15.00 + taxes per tote

Gear rentals are available to rent during office hours such as E-Bikes, Stand-Up Paddle Boards and Kayaks. (Seasonal Items)

E-Bikes: $25.00 + taxes/ Day (10:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
Stand Up Paddle Boards: $15.00 + taxes/Hour
Kayaks: $15.00 + taxes/Hour

Pets: Pets are permitted, with a limit of up to 1 pet per visit. If you would like to bring an additional pet, please check with us first. Please note all pets have a fee of $50.00 + taxes per pet.

Additional Guests: Please note that for one-night reservations, no additional guests are allowed on-site beyond the number specified in the booking.

On Site Laundry: Please note the washer and dryer are seasonal

The cottage was clean and well supplied with everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is really lovely and we enjoyed hiking the Rails to Trails pathway which is just across the road from the camp.

An issue took a couple of days to get fixed but the host was on top of it the whole time working with maintenance. Would definitely stay here again- very comfortable and clean- highly recommend!

Super cute cottage, plenty of room (cottage #1). Responsive, accessible office staff on property and everyone was very friendly. Property is well kept up. Note that the photo of a cottage in the listing is just one of the cottages and most are not right on the beach like that. But a very short distance away. I would highly recommend.

Great stay

Had a lovely time. The cottage was beautiful and well located. The rooms were very comfortable and well furnished. Hosts were very responsive and pleasant. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the fact that the sauna was shared. Some of the other tenants didn’t let us use the sauna and that was unpleasant. Maybe they should consider writing that people shouldn’t use/keep the sauna for themselves for more than a set amount of time ex. 30 minutes.

A great place to relax

The cottage was comfortable and well set up. We will definitely consider going back: it's a great distance for a weekend getaway from Halifax, and the amenities are nice (that sauna!). The only issue we found (because we went to curl up and read books together!) was that the lighting in the main space was not great: a couple of floor lamps would have been great.
