This three bedroom (one is a den), 2 bath home was built in 1918 but renovated for modern living and sits on two Buchanan town lots. Friendly neighbors and the owner are available to talk to you about places to visit and things to do. The front porch faces Purgatory Mountain and the back yard provides privacy and a vegetable garden. There's a back deck, fire pit and a hammock that swings in the shade of an old walnut tree. D&J market is two blocks away and town activities are available within an easy walk, especially important during the 4th of July Fireman's Carnival! This home was purchased and outfitted to feel like a place to relax at the end of a day outdoors. Tubes are ready to float!
Rates are based on bedroom occupancy but if there is more than one room used, there is a discount.Both bedrooms have a double bed. If you want to stay more than a week or less than 4 nights or if you have any other circumstances that don't fit this template, contact owner to discuss. I say no pets, but I could make an exception. I have a dog. I will want to talk with you, by phone, before renting because I aim to assure your stay is successful!!
