Location! Location! Location! 'Once Upon A Tide' is appropriately named, as your backyard is a beautiful tidal marsh. Sunset gatherings will quickly become your favorite pastime of your visit. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental offers all of the comforts of home, while only being 1 block away from the beach! The Garden City Pier, arcade, and various shops & restaurants along Atlantic Avenue are located a short 5 minute walk away.

'Once Upon A Tide' offers 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom upstairs. You will find a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with 2 double beds, and a sleeper sofa on the upper level. The lower level has 2 queen bedrooms and a shared bath. There is NO INSIDE STAIRWAY at this home. No smoking. Small dog friendly.

Great for large family gatherings

We spent a wonderful week at this property and enjoyed our stay. Our group included ages 18-82 and we put our younger people downstairs so they could have their own space to stay up late and play games. We had plenty of room to spread out and kitchen/dining area made it easy for prep and serving our large group. Loved the decks on front and back and easy access to the beach at the end of the street.
