Good location

The kitchen and living room were nice. The listing listed the beds as queens, the headboards were queen size, but the mattresses were full size. The shower in the master bedroom was small and the shower door didn’t shut, so water ran out onto the bathroom floor.

Wonderful and Relaxing

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay here. It was very clean and everything was perfect. It was so nice to have some down time and not be on a schedule. We definitely would stay here again.

Magnificent Vacation Spot!!!

We loved the vacation cottage. It is everything we thought it would be and more. The deck is a spectacular place to sit out with your glass of wine in the afternoon. The dogs loved it too!!

great place & location

This was my first time visiting Surfside with my family of 5. The house was ready ahead of schedule which was extremely helpful after traveling with 3 littles. It was very clean & so inviting! Had all the comforts of home & the golf cart was really convenient! Great location to the beach & outdoor pool.

Lovely Place!

I stayed with my pup and parents for a week. My Mom and Stepdad celebrated their 78th birthday. The golf cart was so much fun for us. We loved the open kitchen. We will definately be back! We had a blast! Great memories.

Beyond Expectations

Pictures and description did not do our rental justice. The home is beautiful, and it was so easy to reach Sabra. The neighborhood was definitely family friendly and in a beautiful location. Being so close to the beach was an extra bonus. Will stay again!

Sunshine and Sand

This property was just as clean and welcoming as advertised! Great place to base and explore the area. We especially enjoyed taking the golf cart to the beach and eating at the Conch Cafe. The hosts were highly responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this community for a relaxing and safe area with abundant amenities, and nearby attractions. Comfy beds for a good night's rest, too!

One of the best in oceanside village

Have stayed in oceanside village for 6 years, this was far and away the best rental house. Great communication with owner, very clean, and everything worked! Updated interior, large deck. Would highly recommend to my family and friends.

The best ever vacation home

Fabulous vacation home !! What a wonderful surprise we needed for absolutely nothing everything was furnished loved loved the massage chair, gorgeous furnishings beautiful deck gated community with tons of amenities and location with our own private beach! Finding a place that loves pets as much as we love our pets was a big plus, owners were also right at our fingertips if needed check in check out everything was so easily laid out and planned! Can’t wait to go back!!!

This property has been in our family for 8 years. Both my sister, Sabra, and I own the property with our husbands. We use it for family vacations and holidays and also have a second property located on Falcon. With a large family of 10, we needed 2 houses to accommodate our time together.
