⚠️ If used, dishes must be cleaned before checkout
⚠️ Please respect our lovely neighbours by keeping the noise down after 10pm
⚠️Please turn off the air-conditioning and lights when you leave the unit.
⚠️Please clean your used dishes, oven and stove top if used otherwise a cleaning fee apply if these items are dirty on checkout.

The discount is built in to the system, key in the correct date into the system to gain the discount automatically.

Payments
🙂What is the total price if i book?
The total price is as calculated automatically for 2 guests, if there are 3 guests, there are additional fees for the extra guest. You can get the most accurate fees by keying in the correct number of guest in the booking system.


🙂 What are the payment options? Upfront or instalments accepted?
🙂Can I make a deposit first or do we pay for the whole amount ?

🙂 Are we able to inspect the property before we book?
Yes, you can inspect it before you book, please let me know date and time.


🙂 Is it possible to have 2 single beds instead of the queen?
There is no such option for 2 x single beds, however there is one sofa bed in the living room, if you prefer that to be setup as a bed, we can do that.
That way you have have 2 separate beds, however, the living /dining room space will be reduced as the sofa bed takes up more space when it is being setup as a bed.

🙂What type of cleaning is available and how frequently is this performed?
Cleaning is available on request , it is done weekly and is limited to surface wipe and rubbish disposal.

Licence to occupy
🛑This is not a lease but license to occupy the premises for a set period of time.

🛑Once booked, you are granted a license for you to occupy and stay at the guest house for a limited period of time and this is not a residential lease or rental.

🛑The grant of the license is conditional on the guest observing the following house rules.

The house rules are:

⚠️NO SMOKING both inside and outside of guest house.
⚠️No Parties
⚠️NO PETs
⚠️No Drugs
⚠️No Yelling or Loud music
⚠️No more than 3 guests are allowed. (Extra Guest Fee Applies for 3rd guest)
⚠️Residential Use only - No commercial activities or business activity
⚠️Check in time is 3pm and after.
⚠️Check out time is strictly before 11am.
⚠️Observe Quiet times strictly at 7pm to 6am daily
⚠️Do not remove any existing items from the guest house
⚠️Do not put excessive toilet paper into the toilet system


🛑If you breach the license conditions, your reservation will be cancelled as per stayz policy and you will be asked to leave.

⚠️For hygiene purpose,
Bring your own necessity, like bath soap or toothbrush. or you can go to the shops to purchase it.
