Paradise in Cocoa

We had a wonderful time with a location that was convenient to everything in a condo that could not have been better. It was cozy and comfortable without being crampt. The views and accommodations were amazing. Already looking forward to returning.

Perfect Stay in Cocoa Beach

Property was perfect! Had everything this family of 4 could ever need! Pool and rooftop deck were awesome! Grills, cornhole and shuffleboard were added bonuses! Great beach access and walking distance to Cocoa Beach Pier, beach shops, restaurants, etc. Communication with staff was flawless and extremely responsive! We will definitely be back!!

Exactly what we were expecting

This condo was ideal for our family of 4. Stocked with all the essentials including beach chairs, toys, and more. It was very clean and everything was in perfect working order. The beds were comfortable, lots of extra linens were available, and the unit was bigger than expected. Zareh and his team were wonderful to work with before, during, and after our stay. He even went out of his way to provide us with additional info about local events happening during our stay. We never encountered any issues, but I was confident he was just a call or email away if we needed anything. I highly recommend booking a Stay in Cocoa Beach property for your next vacation!

Nice but not extravagant

Drove 14 hours, got in and immediately found area was being advised to take hurricane preparations. Notified owner and was immediately told no refund would be issued unless evacuation was mandated. Didn’t ask about a refund. Only stayed 2 out 7 nights because safety was first. Notified owner we were checking out early and again was reminded no refunds. Turned out we got refund for about half the trip which I felt was fair. Owner as always responsive. Condo is nice, not extravagant at all, decent location but no frills.
