The Space:
Enjoy a high-quality, U-shaped kitchen featuring excellent surfaces and stainless-steel appliances plus a dishwasher. Always free-flowing, spacious open-plan living and dining pivots a private undercover balcony with sweeping views of the Southbank and city skyline towards the north.
All 3 generously sized bedrooms are filled with sunlight, The Master with ensuite and the other bedrooms serviced by a deluxe central bathroom with a sparkling shower over a bathtub. Impeccably presented, take advantage of laundry capacity, secure parking, slimline Venetian blinds, and the year-round comfort of split-system heating and cooling.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire unit for the duration of the stay as well as building amenities (subject to building management guidelines).
Other Things to Note:
Sofa bed in the living room sleeps 2, please let me know in advance to leave extra linens. Extra fees may apply.
** PLEASE NOTE: the AC is only in the living room, no Aircon provided in the bedrooms
Dryer currently under repair/replacement
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guestâs responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
